Please accept my apologies for the windows and carpet not being up to my condos usual high standards. With covid, my trips there have been limited, and I hope you'll return in the future for a better experience. While I appreciate your 4 star review, my goal is always a 5 star review, and there have been 29 five star reviews in the past. Mahalo for your feedback. 99% of my guests find the bed comfortable. The bed was replaced 1 ½ years ago. Not quite time for replacement. It’s a medium firm mattress. I’m sorry it wasn’t for you. Perhaps the bed was a bit soft for your liking. I apologize if the AC disturbed your sleep, you could always open a window or the vents and enjoyed the cool evening air coming down the slopes or Haleakala, or you could have called the property manager for further assistance. There also is a very nice ocean view, as well as a golf course view. The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded.

So glad that you enjoyed your stay overall! We appreciate your feedback. The window AC units can take a little longer to cool a room, but do a good job of cooling. Mahalo!

We do provide basic amenities to get guests started and kudos to you for the smart planning in bringing a few extras to tide you over for the length of your stay. Thank you for your input. The toilet paper and dish washing tablets are meant as a starter until you can get to the store and not meant to last your entire stay. I'll start working on a notebook for the condo.
