This property has two units. Unit A has its own private front yard patio space - an ideal place to start your morning ritual!

There is a shared common area in the backyard, complete with a fire pit and lawn games area.

Enjoy the Roku TV with activated Netflix and Hulu Live TV accounts. You can access 100s of movies and TV shows, not to mention that Hulu Live TV is just like having cable!

You will be in the midst of the Midtown Arts District, with countless restaurants, shops, and museums just around the corner. Want to explore Phoenix even more? You can easily walk to the Encanto Light Rail station just down the street! Thinking about a tour of the Valley? Don't sweat it! SR-51 and I-10 are easily accessible from the property.

This home is close to the best of Downtown Phoenix and Midtown Arts District. This location is ideal for concerts downtown, sporting events, and experiencing the arts district. With its central location, it is the perfect place to stay when trying to see the whole valley!

You can access all of Downtown and Midtown Phoenix via the Valley Metro Light Rail system, which is practically next door on Central Avenue! The Light Rail will take you from Central Phoenix through Midtown/Downtown, to Sky Harbor Airport, and even to ASU in Tempe!

This is a great central location to access any part of the Phoenix metro area by car.

Fantastic Bungalow

The home was well appointed and tastefully decorated. Location was perfect for our needs. Getting to and from major freeways was easy. In addition, the home is located in a charming Historical District. There are many wonderful restaurants within walking or driving distance. We will rent here again.
