We loved this condo, communication with owner was super easy! Even we’re able to check in a little early on Saturday. We all loved this place and would definitely come back!

Housekeeping is a joke

My family has stayed at GP for years. This year we decided to book with an "owner", avoid rental companies, bc we thought surely the owner will care more about the condition of his unit. While that was true in this case- the owner does care- sadly it didnt changed anything. The unit is just as dirty as any other, despite the reviews claiming "exceptional" and "so clean". There was sand on every surface, as well as food crumbs and drink rings (and hair and dust) indicating that they werent even wiped of, cleaning 101. The bed top blankets were covered in sand, visibly so. The cabinets had food splatters and smudges on them. I spent the first evening after our long drive buying cleaning supplies and shaking out bedding, including washing the comforter on the primary bed as it was so visibly dirty. I thought the towels were just stained but after washing a couple of them, realized it came right out...so maybe they are just folding up used towels and passing them off as clean? I dont blame the owner for this, it's housekeeping thats not doing their job. But if owners dont demand better, they and we as renters will continue to throw large cleaning fees at them for doing less than the bare minimum. The owner was very responsive and refunded our cleaning fee which i appreciated, but i was really expecting better. Do yourself a favor and DONT expect better. Plan to clean yourself and demand fees refunded. Its the only way to hold housekeeping responsible.

Spring Tournament

Pros: The location was great and check in process was very easy. The owner gave prompt instructions and was only a call away.Cons: Cleanliness was subpar at best. The floors were begging to be mopped and left the bottom of my kids socks were black from walking on them. When we got there, the temp was set at 75 and the condo smelled very musty. We ended up going to walmart the first night to buy plug in air fresheners as we waited for the A/C to cool the place down. The comforters on the beds had sand, hair, and dirt on them as if the cleaning crew threw them on the dirty floors while the changed the sheets. The towels in the bathrooms were clean but stained and needed to either be bleached or changed out badly.The view out the back patio could have been amazing if it wasn't for the large amount of palm trees blocking the view. Overall, the trip was great and if the few easy things were fixed, I would stay again.

We loved staying here the owner is so quick to answer when needing something! He really is the nicest! The only complaint I could have is the palm trees kinda block the view. But being on the third floor sure helps with having to wait for the elevators! We would def stay here again we love this resort second year staying at this resort.

Great Stay

All was great, overlooked pool, the gulf and the sounds of the waves were so relaxing. The unit was all that we needed. Parking was a bit of a hassle But it is what it is. Would definitely stay there again.

I loved the third floor with the ease of using the steps. The only thing is that the palm trees really block the beautiful view of the beach and pool.

Great condo in perfect location!

We had a family of 6 and loved the layout and how spacious the condo was. We usually prefer rooms on the higher floors at the beach for the view but so thankful we chose this 3rd floor unit. Stairs were close and made going up and down so convenient when elevators were busy (which is often). The view was still phenomenal on the 3rd floor and balcony was amazing. If we needed anything or had any questions, Ben (owner) would answer almost immediately and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks for sharing your beautiful vacation home with our family, we loved it!

Grandkids favorite place

This is the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed at the Grand Panama and with Ben the owner. I can’t say enough good about the owner. We have stayed at 2 different locations and both were excellent. If there is a downside to staying there it would be the elevators, you will spend some time waiting on them. However like I said this was the 3rd year in a row so it’s obviously worth the wait. We would definitely come back

The view was amazing

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect! Loved the view from the balcony. Beach chair service was included. Condo was exactly like the online pictures. The owner (Ben) was quick to respond to a refrigerator issue. Security was visible and their phone number should be posted in the condo The parking garage had narrow spaces and presented a problem for a pick-up truck. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo.

Unit had black mold and sheets had not been changed . Unable to use dishwasher due to mold .

Mild in showers , vents , ceilings , dishwasher , baseboards tiles and smelled strongly of mold. We had to wash our dishes by hand and launder our sheets , there was sand in the beds . When we got to the room , the door was standing open .

Good not great.

The condo itself is exactly as advertised. Very clean and neat. Very comfortable. When we arrived and made our way onto the patio we noticed several finger or toenail clippings around the outdoor dining table. GROSS! I spent 10-15 minutes trying to clean them all up. The only other con was that the master bed was the noisiest I've ever slept on. I toss and turn quite a bit and the noise was very annoying to my wife. As for the resort, everything was very well maintained and very clean. The staff were very friendly with the exception of the pool attendant who sort of harassed me the entire week. Overall we had a great time and thank the owners for opening their condo to us for the week.

Upon our arrival we found dirty towels under the sinks in the bathrooms and food on the silverware in the drawer. When we inspected the sheets before we went to bed they were dirty. Don’t think the cleaning people even changed them from the people before us. Contacted the owner and he said he uses the cleaning ppl from Grand Panama. She called and said she was going to bring us cleaning supplies but never showed up. She just kept making excuses that they are really busy and it is hard to find good help. You would think since there is a sign in the condo stating the condo had been sanitized really well because of the COVID it would have at least been cleaned.

Our Highest Recommendation....The Best Of The Best.

We recently spent a month in Randall's gorgeous Condo and it was a truly a fantastic experience. The location is ideal. Right in the heart of Panama City Beach and had all the amenities to make our stay wonderful. The condo is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed: gas barbeques, washer, dryer, well stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, wall-mounted LCD Televisions everywhere with tons of channels with excellent reception, lots of room, coffee on the deck in the morning, and the condo faces the ocean perfectly for some of most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Thank goodness for digital cameras because we literally took hundreds of pictures from the balcony alone. The bubbling ocean front pool, which is right off your balcony is one of the most impressive we have seen. Although it was a little chilly for swimming in Jan-Feb, a second roof-top pool was fully heated every day for anyone who wanted to venture and the hot tub was simply awesome in the cool winter temps. The property managers were always available and extremely helpful, even though we really never needed them because everything was perfect, clean, user friendly and properly prepared for our arrival. The parking garage was safe, convenient and parking was always available. And finally....the spectacular beach. The condo sits directly on one of the finest and widest stretches of sugar-white powdery sand in the world. If you are planning a beach vacation this is definitely the condo you want to stay in! Great Condo

We had a great week in this condo. The view was amazing! The condo was very well stocked, very clean. Just come put your bags down and start enjoying your vacation. We have stayed in many condo's at Grand Panama, but we will definitely be staying in this one again.
