quiet place to relax

the property was lovely. the beach beautiful. best stocked kitchen ever...beds comfortable. great for a young family or older group... not much for 18-year-olds kids... good news, didn't have to worry they would get into trouble. it would be a fabulous place in the summer... we were there for spring break and Panama City beach didn't recognize St. Patrick's Day. that says it all. Saving grace was the niceness of the condo... the owner had games, the reserved beach chairs... could not ask for more in a rental. once summer hits...all the nearby amusements open. security was fabulous.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Goran was a wonderful host and we communicated via text. Despite our second day being hurricane Helene, the trip and weather luckily turned out to be perfect. The unit is on the 19h floor and very clean. It’s in a great location with parking and a walkway on the opposite side of the building. Overall, a great family location and the 5 of us (children are young adults) really enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

Condo 1909 was just as pictured. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Our only complaint was we went in October and I guess that is dragon fly mating season we were told. They were very very thick at the pool (like hundreds) everyday it became bothersome but they were not as bad at the beach. The included beach chairs were a great treat! It was a great trip and for sure would try to stay in this condo again!

Home away from home

Staying at this property felt like home. It was clean, spacious, and the view is what will keep us coming back. We never had to drive more than 15 minutes to go do something we wanted to and there are a ton of restaurants near by. The bathrooms and bedrooms were plenty big and the kids loved the bunk bed nook. I would give this property a higher rating if I could. 10/10 recommend!!

Enjoyed the stay

Place was clean and furnished well, I cannot think of anything we needed at all. The condo was great and spacious balcony was a bonus. The beach chairs, pool and tiki bar was a hit from all of the family, the only negative was the elevators in tower 1 - they need some maintenance love (one morning the call button would night light up at all -either direction for about 15 minutes of waiting and pushing). We would stay here again!

Quick beach trip

This was the most well stocked, beautifully decorated condo we have ever rented. The view from the balcony is amazing. Only warning would be to be prepared for long elevator wait during peak hours. Best to go to the beach early and stay late! We would definitely rent this unit again!

Gorgeous Building

Host was very accommodating and the condo was best in class. The pool and hot tub were very clean and big. The beach bar and grill was convenient. Everything about the building and condo was perfect for our stay and it was all new and clean. The views from the 19th floor were incredible being a corner unit. 10/10 would stay here again.

Clean, well decorated and amazing view

The view in this unit was incredible. We had friends and family staying five floors below us and the view didn’t compare. The unit has a classic and clean appearance. The wall paintings and hangings had a vintage and classic beach/water them. Very comfortable and homey.

Beautiful Views & Equipped Well

We had a lovely stay. The views were spectacular, and the unit came with all the necessities. The only issue we had was the sliding glass door in the living area was incredibly difficult to open and close. We reported the issue but never got fixed. We ended up using the primary bedroom door for the patio instead. Also, the primary bed had sand in the sheets. Other than that, we enjoyed our time.

Gulf Coast Fans!

After visiting the Guf coast for the first time, I feel safe saying we will be back! The views from this unit are impeccable! We watched dolphins, turtles, manatees, stingray, and lots of fish right from the awesome balcony! And the Jets and planes every day from Tyndall AFB were a hit with the boys. Condo had everything we needed. Best stocked kitchen for sure! Would have liked a little more to do within walking distance but that's no fault of this unit! Wonderful vacation. Thank you to the host, very responsive to the one minor issue we had. Can't control batteries going dead! Thank you!

Family of 8!

With 6 kids, it isn't always easy to find hotels or condos that fit us. This condo, however, was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, spacious, and absolutely wonderful for our large family! We felt right at home! The kitchen was nicely stocked with spices, coffee filters, trash bags, dish soap, etc. Many times you have to buy EVERYTHING upon arrival but we were very pleasantly surprised to find so many items already available for our use. The pool was beautiful and large enough to accommodate many families! It never felt too crowded! Unfortunately, we didn't make it over to the rooftop pool located on the second tower. The beach area was great and the view was amazing! We truly had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying this great condo! The one and only issue we had was the washer quit working with the renters prior to our arrival. However, Goran, tried to get it fixed, and he offered to pay for us to have laundry service during our stay. Should we decide to return to Panama City Beach, I would definitely want to stay in this condo again! It made us want to own one!

Married for 35 years, Mladenka and Goran Bilal live in Richmond Hill, a beautiful suburb of Toronto in Canada. Goran is an IT professional and Mladenka is a medical professional in the biochemistry field.
Both work in Toronto.
We are blessed with 2 grown children and two cute grandkids and we are looking forward to visiting Panama City Beach at every possible moment.

Although we love to ski, we bought a vacation property in Florida to escape the harsh Canadian winter. We love to travel, especially to tropical destinations, and we fell in love with Panama City after our first visit.
