Detta hus ligger på en halv tunnland mycket, precis utanför den önskvärda Cliff Road och inom synhåll av den exklusiva Westmoor Club.

Omfamna det avgörande livet i Nantucket och dra nytta av Cliff Road-cykelvägen till Dionis och Madaket. Cykla bara några minuter till trappstranden på norra stranden för en imponerande solnedgång. Bara några hundra meter längs Cliff Road ligger den berömda Something Natural bageri / smörgåsbutiken. Hjärtat i den historiska staden är en 15 minuters promenad eller en 10 minuters cykeltur bort för alla restauranger och vackra butiker - du behöver inte oroa dig för att hitta en plats att parkera!

Detta hus erbjuder soligt och rymligt öppen planlösning som bor på entréplanet med flera områden för restauranger, läsning och avkoppling. Detta område är utrustat med helt ny luftkonditionering och nya möbler och ger ytterst komfort och en plats att varva ner. Spela lite musik på Sonos-ljudsystemet och njut av ett gruppkortspel eller brädspel på något av de fyra sittgrupperna. Det finns ett badrum (toalett, dusch) på denna nivå.

Från köket och frukostområdet kan du gå ut på däck för en 180 graders utsikt över det fantastiska bevarandeområdet under dig. Detta är det perfekta fridfulla läget för solnedgångar, spektakulära solnedgångar och grupp al fresco middagar.

En trappa från entrénivån leder ner till bottenvåningen och erbjuder ett andra mindre vardagsrum med TV - perfekt för barnen att ha sitt eget utrymme. Även på denna våning finns ytterligare två sovrum (en drottning och en tvilling), ett badrum, tvättstuga (tvättmaskin och torktumlare) och tillgång till utomhusdusch / baksida av fastigheten.

En trappa från ingångsnivån leder upp till sovrummet (dubbelsäng, TV och badrum med dubbelt handfat). Detta rum, precis ovanför däck, har samma panoramautsikt från sovrummet och badrummet. En separat trappa från ingångsnivån leder upp till det andra sovrummet (drottning med TV och badrum).

Perfect Stay on Nantucket!

We had a fantastic week on Nantucket at Tom and Jane's home. Close to town and the beach, but sits on a quiet and private road with a beautiful view! The house was outfitted with everything you could possibly need during your stay, and was in pristine condition when we arrived. Tom was so helpful leading up to our stay and made himself available in case we needed anything while there. Can't say enough good things--hope we have the chance to stay at their home again next summer!

Family Vacation

Two couples + two 20 year olds + one 2 year old. The place is bigger than it looks in the photos. The back deck was ideal for sunset dinners. The kitchen is well stocked and it was easy to cook dinner for the entire family. We love the location, near many beaches and easy walk into town, about 20 minutes. This house feels big and accommodated us comfortably

Heaven on Earth

Well we did not have a good day of weather No sun during the week. But we loved our stay on the Island We loved our house. We loved the location. We loved the layout of the house it was perfect for our family. The decorator did a wonderful job. We could not asked for a more appropriate house. Only wish we could live in it 12 months a year

SpectACKular stay on Pilgrim Road

I reserved dates at 30 Pilgrim 10 months prior to our stay because we had no flexibility with our dates. Over those months, Tom, our host, never failed to be responsive, informative, and thoughtful. The house was perfectly laid-out for our party of 7, including two couples who each had a private master bedroom. I loved the location: walking distance from town and on a marsh filled with bird life. Highly recommended!

Spacious house in great location, but slightly misleading photos and description

Very spacious house in an ideal location (minutes to town and beaches). Two of the bedrooms are located in the basement of the house which has a moldy odor. There is also no backyard (the deck overlooks a swampy field area with a lot of brush). We rented during a particularly hot week and the A/C did not work properly in one of the main zones of the house and the house caretaker was unable to provide any solution which was awful for our kids/baby. The entrance to the house from the street also requires you to step down 3 wobbly/uneven stone steps which was unsafe for us since we have small children. This house is ideal if you want a spacious house in a good location where you won't spend a lot of time.

The home is beautiful and more spacious than photos. House is about 15-20min walk into town. Great quiet street. Great common spaces and two large master suites in addition to spacious additional bedrooms.

Perfect Floor plan

We had a delightful experience at this home. Floor plan provides nice open concept to congregate with family. The bedrooms were perfectly separate to give extended family more privacy. Host was very attentive to all that we needed.

The house to rent on Nantucket!

I can’t begin to tell you how much we loved this house! My husband and I do a number of VRBO‘s - this was amongst the nicest and the location was perfect. It also was the most well stocked with supplies of any house we’ve ever rented; seems like a small thing, but little things like this make the trip so much more enjoyable as you invariably forget certain things and everything we could have needed was here. The house was spacious -yet each room was very private. We absolutely will be back & hope to rent this hone again next summer!!

Beautiful house in great location. The size and layout was perfect for our family of three adult couples: Everyone had their own large bedroom/suite area (with plenty of closet space) and the kitchen/dining room/living room/deck was large, airy, beautiful, and very comfortable. The deck overlooking conservation land was great.

Lovely home, neighborhood and location

We had a very nice time staying at the house, which was very comfortable and relaxing. The first floor open layout flows really well and there are plenty of separate areas to sit and hang out without feeling secluded. The breakfast nook is lovely and there is great natural light that flows in throughout. The elevated back deck is very pleasant with a nice view overlooking the back marsh, which felt like a bird sanctuary. The location is perfect for having a quieter neighborhood but still very close to some of the island’s best - Steps Beach, Something Natural and town - which are all easily walkable. The host and caretaker were great and very responsive. My family had a great week overall and we would like to stay at the home again.

Great stay for wonderful memories

We used to be islanders and my parents wanted to enjoy another Thanksgiving on island after 15 years away. This large, but cozy home had everything we needed. Two master bedrooms with en suite baths upstairs, zoned heating, stocked kitchen, gas fireplace activated with a switch, and beautiful views. It’s the second home on a dirt road, walking distance from town. Decorated expertly, this home feels like Nantucket luxury, and has everything you need for a stay for kids, grandparents, and all in between. Pair this place with a car rental from Turo and you’re golden because you can park in the driveway and get anywhere on the island within 20 minutes. Otherwise, easy walk to Steps or to town. To imagine we found this place when our other VRBO fell through at the last minute (sadly, Madaket-ish home going out to sea)… Thanks for the place, the memories, the hospitality!
