Welcome to our Mountain Escape, a stunning 2-bd, 2-bath retreat located above the legendary Mt. Crested Butte Ski Resort. This is the entire lower level of our mountain house. It features unparalleled views, exceptional amenities, direct access to hiking/ MTB trails, and easy access to the base area.



We are normally on site and are available to make your stay a pleasant and memorable experience. Let us dial you in on the best trails to hike, best MTB trails to ride, and which concert to see. We are always willing to offer our favorite places to see and things to do.

We are located at the end of Cinnamon Mountain Road in a quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. Trails from the cul-de sac access numerous mountain bike and hiking trails and the mountain base area. In winter, you can ski down to the base area and back to the house (blue runs), if conditions permit.

To access the guesthouse, park per the parking plan, and walk down 2.5 flights of stairs (52 steps).. Easy to access bike and gear storage is available in a shared mud room at driveway level. The Guest house is the entire ground floor of the main house. The private patio with fire pit, two outdoor sofas , six person hot tub, and grill is for Teo2 guests use only and is not shared.

Perched high above the Mt Crested Butte ski area, with breathtaking views, this guesthouse is the perfect vacation spot for summer enthusiasts. Completed in 2022, the lower level of our house has a beautiful walk-out patio with fire pit, grill and private six person hot tub. The living room has comfortable seating to view your favorite shows on the 55" smart TV. This high-tech, modern house has in-floor radiant heat, dimmable lighting, and a whole house ventilator that provides continuous, cool humidified fresh mountain air. Full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located right outside bedrooms. The fully-equipped modern kitchenette has a precise induction cooktop, complete coffee/tea station, air fryer, microwave and dishwasher. Four comfortable stools on the cooktop peninsula make dining-in a pleasure. Watch the sun set after a long day of hiking and exploring from the king sized bed in the master suite. The second bedroom has an amazing accent wall fully lit with led string lights. A large double vanity bathroom with a penny-tiled shower floor is located next to the second bedroom. A very comfortable sleeper sofa (queen size) with mountain views is located in the living room. For convenience, store your gear in a shared, heated mud room at driveway level. . There is driveway parking for 2 cars.

During peak season, FirstTracks will transport you back-and-forth from our house to the base area transit center. There is also a free bus to town that will carry bikes. The base area is accessible directly from the house in the summer by a walking trail (approximately 10 min). A late night bus is available that will bring you right to our door. There is also a free bus between Gunnison and Mt. Crested Butte.

From DIA: A short train ride will take you to Union station where you can take a 6 hour bus to Crested Butte. Check internet for the latest bus schedule.



NOTE: There is residential construction ~300 ft. from the guest house but our triple pane windows mitigate any noise.
Kitchenette does not have a full size oven but has a large toaster oven/air fryer.
