We chose Crested Butte because it truly shines throughout the year, offering something special in every season. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this beautiful place, which has been just perfect for us. Its prime location directly on the mountain makes it an ideal starting point for all our family adventures, whether it’s skiing, biking, hiking, or exploring the many other activities this beautiful area has to offer. Our property, the San Moritz Condominium, holds a special place in Mount Crested Butte’s history as one of the original condo complexes built back in 1974. It was designed to cater to the burgeoning tourism of that era, and it boasts a fantastic location right on the mountain, offering stunning views of the beautiful valley below. This unique positioning makes it an ideal base for all your mountain adventures! Over the years, the condo has seen numerous renovations and updates, yet its exceptional location remains a timeless highlight that sets it apart.
