Welcome to our cozy guest house which is SINGLE LEVEL with NO stairs.
You will have direct access and private parking driveway for 2-3 cars. You will be enjoying the entire guest house including a full kitchen, living room, laundry, two bedroom and two en-suite bathrooms.
Our sweet home offers great amenities:

- Smart 4K TVs in every room (55in/45in/45in)

Please also keep in mind that we have the ZERO tolerance Policy for any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy. The occupancy listed on the agreement is the only occupancy allowed in the property. No additional guests are allowed at any time.
