Om boendet

A charming two storied Cape Cod cottage just off Cape Cod Bay, sitting up quiet private lane in serene setting with own pond. A perfect beach for swimming, clamming, shells and lazy walks in all directions. One can walk across the famous Brewster flats out to the oyster beds where you may find an oyster man or local fisherman. Max's Pond is a short stroll down a wooded path where one can sit and enjoy a private moment. Golf and tennis courts nearby. A private gem awaits you.

PHOEBE'S COTTAGE first joined VRBO in 2015 and welcomed guests up until 2021.
In 2021 due to illness the cottage was taken offline and dozens of highly rated reviews were eliminated. We remember and are grateful for those wonderful reviews.

Delightful Cottage

Phoebe's cottage did not disappoint. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, extremely well stocked and beautifully appointed. The proximity to the water was ideal. The cottage was bathed in beautiful light that came through the numerous glass doors and windows. The outdoor deck was perfect for enjoying a cup of morning coffee or for a family dinner. The landscape was full of beautiful flowers and bunny rabbits! A real gem!

Phoebe's Cottage

This house was attractive, clean, very well-equipped and well-appointed and ideally located - a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of space for two couples. It had a great outdoor deck and the interior spaces were inviting and comfortable. All the appliances in the house were high end. We had one small problem with operating the dishwasher (remedied after a phone call to the owner) and we decided not to use it just to play it safe.

Wonderful Stay in Brewster!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Phoebe’s Cottage. The house was absolutely charming, impeccably designed and decorated, and immaculately kept. The location is magical, just a very short walk from Mant’s landing and easily accessible to the beach and Brewster flats. It’s a fairly short drive to 6A, yet you’re secluded in a quiet alcove of Brewster where you can take a path to the loveliest pond as well as to views of the marsh. Pamela was such a kind, caring, and welcoming host. You can really feel the love she invests in the property and her connection to Brewster and the Cape in general. A gracious host who does everything to make your experience the utmost of enjoyment, right down to the details! Thank you!

Stunning cottage, perfect in every way

A private oasis sits just beyond the view of the beach goers. Quiet and peaceful spaces inside and out will let you unwind and recharge all of your senses. We spent two glorious weeks at this cottage that is so well appointed and clean, that it is quite unlike anything you have ever seen. Two bedrooms and a sleeping nook were perfect for our family to spend time together. We had a wonderful time with three generations able to enjoy every moment, both at the beach and on rainy days in the house. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. Two full baths and a fine kitchen to cook in. The porches and patios are a plus to dine out on or just kick back. We used the outdoor shower to unbeach each day and enjoyed daily strolls around the quiet neighborhood. Perfect and ideal can't speak enough to how nice this cottage and setting are. We look forward to our next stay and will cherish the memories of our last. -K.
