Beautiful view of the 6th Tee of the El Santiago Golf Course. Minutes to Spanish Springs Square and the Glenview and Nancy Lopez Country Clubs. 2 queen bedrooms with 2 baths (shower in primary, tub/shower combo in 2nd). Office/den, 2 car garage. Lovely, quiet neighborhood with mature vegetation. This is the Villages Gardenia model, with an open floor plan and views of the golf course from the patio/lanai, family room, dining room, and primary suite. Pets are allowed with a pet fee and agreement with the owner.
The home is fully furnished including a full kitchen, linens, and starter sundries. Shopping is close-by and plentiful. A family pool is one mile away and a sports pool is located at the Savannah Center just one mile away. Many exciting shows are offered at the Savannah Center as well, and the Polo Field is about 5 minutes south. Truly everything is nearby, or just relax at home watching the Xfinity 55" television or looking out at the park-like setting

Golf trip

This location was perfect for our annual golf trip. Location is perfect for access to many courses, restaurants, and shopping. Place was quiet, relaxing, and as described.

Amazing Golf Course View!

Beautiful home with great view and location. Close to Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Excellent communication with the owners who were very helpful. We would stay again, and again, and again!!

Great location to Grand Oaks

Very clean, pretty and excellent location to Grands Oaks Resort for Horse Show In the Park event. We shared this location with another family and enjoyed being on the golf course! We were sipping our coffee on the screen in lanai and got to see a HOLE in ONE on the par 3 right out the back door! Such a beautiful view with rolling hills of the golf course. Thank you for the extra goodies upon our arrival!

Great place in northern section of The Villages

The house is neat and clean inside. Master bedroom is extra large. All of the closets and garage are available for your use. Screened patio that overlooks the golf course is a relaxing spot.

Great Stay

Heather and John's house was very spacious and clean. The lanai overlooks the golf course so it was nice to sit and watch the golfers while we had a glass of wine. There was plenty of hot water, towels and toothbrushes and toothpaste were also provided! The kitchen is very large and was well equipped with everything we needed. John responded very promptly to our questions. The location was perfect - close to a Publix and other stores and restaurants. There is a recreation centre with a pool just a few minutes down the road. We would highly recommend staying here.
