Youâll be within walking distance of grocery stores, fantastic restaurants, and endless activitiesâno need to worry about driving! (But donât stress, weâve got you covered with 2 driveway parking spots, large enough for 2 full sized cars).

Prepare to be wowed by the outdoor space! The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a 15â x 45â furnished patio, perfect for lounging with a morning coffee or sunset cocktail. The 1400 square foot home features three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Every detail has been designed with your comfort in mind, ensuring youâll feel refreshed and at home.

This 1948 home has been cherished by our family for four generations. With roots tracing back to France and a story that includes building a successful dry goods store in Arizona, this home has been a gathering place for love, laughter, and lasting memories. Now, we canât wait for you to make your own memories here!
