- There is no blackout blind in the living room
- You need to climb 12 steps of stairs in order to reach the flat
- Flat is located on an uphill
- Garden patio is private for your use only

Penalties for Violations
-Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
-Lost keys incur a surcharge of 35USD
-Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 70USD

Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
-A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
-Airport transfers are available at an additional cost

In order to host guests at our homes we ask ALL GUESTS to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. Tucked away just off the beautiful Bosphorus. Would highly recommend to try the local Turkish Breakfast restaurants in the morning along the bosphorus located 1 minute away. Great restaurants and a beautiful walk along the bosphorus. It's a peaceful quiet street right in the heart of Istanbul. Market across the street. Would highly recommend.
