Girls weekend

We had a group of six girls away for three nights. The location was perfect
 walking distance to some good restaurants and bars. Plenty of space for six of us. Property owner was easy to reach and made experience seamless. Would certainly stay here again if we are in Newport for another weekend!

Perfect location to everything!

We walked to coffee, meals, the mansions and shops. No need to use your car once you arrive if you like walking. There are 2 flights of stairs in the VRBO which was no problem for us but worth noting. Best place for reasonably priced coffee was Wally's Wieners! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Bring all cooking essentials like oil, butter, spices, aluminum foil etc if you plan to cook meals at the apartment. Plenty of plates, pans and utensils!

Great location

Chris, the manager, was great to work with. The apartment is in a great location, close to downtown Newport and the cliff walk and an easy drive to Middletown. Rooms were clean and it had adequate sleeping for our family of 2 grandmothers, two adults, and one teenager.

The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily walk to downtown Newport. The property was clean and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. Love the free parking. It is a busy street but that's why we stayed in Newport for the nightlife!!!! and let me tell you this place was one of the better places I've stayed in. Loved every minute of it and the free parking was a hit. I would recommend to anyone!!!!

We really enjoyed staying at the VRBO. The location was perfect very spacious and airy. The host was very accommodating and readily available if I had any questions. The only thing We did not know about was the stairs and we had an 85-year-old grandpa with us. But he made it fine. The baseboards on the stairs and in the bedroom floors were a little dirty.
