The main living space on the second floor is all about kicking back—plush seating, space to gather, and a balcony made for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The first floor has a guest room with a king bed and a bunk room, a guaranteed hit with kids and extra guests.

Not for winter

The condo was adequate and clean. The only issue, it was very cold during our stay and the bunk room has no heat or insulation. My 2 nieces were shivering when I checked on them!

Average Property in a great location

Property is an awesome location. Gated community with quick access to private beach, as well as a private pool. Boardwalk to the beach has a lot of steep stairs, so be prepared for that. Property itself is adequate with plenty of beds. Living area and dining are a bit small and cramped for more than 4 people. Could use some updating and/or better amenities. Communication to property management was quick and friendly when we called with a few questions. However, one HUGE fail was the dryer was broke when we arrived. We reported it broken the 2nd day of a week stay. The management company had zero communication back on it and it never got addressed at all. It was extremely annoying not being able to do laundry while at the beach. We ended up packing damp beach towels and swim suits in a bag by themselves. Also, no dust pan on site to pick up the sand after sweeping. There was a vacuum that sort of worked. I would be hesitant using Oversees as a property management site in the future for their failure to check back and communicate appliances repair after we reached out twice.

Magical and Brief 30A VACAY

This is a classic florida beach house. Outside is a little older, but inside completely updated. The family decided to spend a few days on 30A and "Slice of Heaven" is one of the best values around. Private heated pool, private beach access to a Private Beach less than 100 yard walk. All new king beds in each of the three Master Suites. The kids loved the bikes that came complementary with the house, and they zipped up to the close coffee shops and surprised us with fresh pastries on the bikes. Definitely will be back to this great vacation rental. We brought our own YOLO boards and fishing gear, and it was very easy to carry gear to the beach and retrieve at end of day.

Winter at the beach. PERFECT LOCATION!

I can’t say enough about how perfect this property is. The heated pool, the walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops, the bikes that are included with the property, the amazing views of the gulf. The fishing was even good right off the beach! In addition, the kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware. My family and I will definitely book this property again, it is a great value!

Songwriter Festival getaway!

This property has been completely updated on the interior. The private pool with heater is an amazing addition during the cooler hours of the day. We spent hours riding bikes around the neighborhood and sitting on the beach, which was just a few steps away. The views from the balcony of the Gulf of Mexico were spectacular.
