We really liked this property in the area that we love. The house was spacious, nicely furnished and decorated with plenty of sleeping space. There is 1 king bedroom upstairs from the main level with en suite, 2 queen bedrooms on the main level, a downstairs bunk room with two bunks with double beds on the bottom and a sleeper sofa and downstairs bathroom (I think). The sofas on the main level may also be sleeper sofas. The kitchen is very modern and has a long island with seating and a dining table as well. There are two decks facing the beach that are furnished. We did not use the pool but it was clean and ready for swimming. The property around the house is well kept also. I hope we can return.

House is great. Enough space and rooms for a family/friends getaway. Kitchen has everything you need to cook/prep/serve. Located very close to Main St, grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. Very large master bathroom and master suite view is great. Stay here while you can before the ocean views get obstructed!

The property was just as advertised. Plenty of room for our group, walking distance to the beach. The only complaint we had was more with the cleaning company that the property management service uses. They did not do a very good job cleaning the place before we got there. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, trash and things under the furniture, etc. Overall we loved our stay. The property management service was very attentive and at no time were they unavailable. 9/10 would recommend again.

Fall at Inlet Beach

Beautiful property easy walking distance to the beach. Close to all the excitement of 30A, but in a more peaceful setting with less traffic and congestion. Fall is a wonderful time to visit the beach as sunny days without all the crowds, and perfect temperatures.

Amazing Trip

The house was amazing! Just as described. The pool was conveniently located. A short walk to the beach access! Pet friendly makes every vacation better! The neighbors were friendly. I will be recommending to others - for sure!

Beautiful house

We loved the house and its amenities, the only thing I thought was that the basement is a little hot and that's why we had to use the fan to sleep and that we didn't have an umbrella to take to the beach. Apart from that everything else was excellent.

We were excited for our first 30A family vacation and chose this home months in advance because of the advertised ocean view, private pool, and listing title stating it was 400 feet to the beach. Unfortunately, the property did not match the description. Walking distance to the beach was about 1,000 feet based on GPS, requiring a long boardwalk and multiple flights of stairs that were not disclosed. Advertised ocean view was misleading. Active construction directly in front of the property obstructed the view and created loud daytime noise. We encountered numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a green and unusable pool, refrigerator odor requiring cleaning before use, excessive dust, broken outdoor shower, broken pool light, master bathtub didn't drain, broken sofa bed, a loud humming noise over master bed disrupted sleep, and master bathroom toilet requiring additional cleaning. One upper bunk bed stabilizing bar was detached, and bolts were protruding into the sleeping area where a child could have been injured. Two of the five advertised bicycles were usable. We appreciated management eventually addressed several items and refunded our 1st day. The inaccurate listing details and overall condition impacted our stay. After 35 years renting vacation homes, this is the first time we felt the need to leave a negative review. At nearly 1,400 per night, we expected a property that accurately reflected its listing. Guests should ask details before booking.

Wonderful view, pool, and close to beach!

Overall we loved the house! It had great views and was close to the beach. The private pool was amazing as our kids spent a lot of time in it during times when we wanted a break from the beach. The communication with the property manager was lacking. There was no response for 2 months through the app. When we accessed another number to talk to the group, it improved. Great time. Poor communication needs to be improved to enhance satisfaction.

Great Location, but beware of nosey neighbor who will watch you…..creepy

We just stayed at the property for Spring Break, April 2025. It was moms and sons/daughters. The location was great, pool was great, but we had a terrible experience with a neighbor, an older lady that came into the property while we were not there. She thought we had checked out and she came onto the back deck to spy on the house. She called the management office and tried to lie about many things. She even approached us thinking we were the new people checking in. I spoke with Anna at 30 A Excludives and cleared all the lies up that this lady was saying. I Also reported that this neighbor came on the property while our teenage daughters were sleeping to look into the windows- while we were eating at the Donut Hole. This neighbor also has a bunch of outdoor cats that roam everywhere, and get all over your vehicles, and come up to the house and pool area. I would never stay here again due to this neighbor.. We are not loud, nor caused any issues that would warrant behavior that this lady showed.

This property is in a convenient location and had plenty of space for our family of 7. It was clean and fresh upon arrival and the pool is great. The advertisement for the proximity to the beach is seemingly purposefully misleading- it’s not that far but certainly not 400 feet. With construction going on in front of the home you cannot cross directly to the beach. You must walk on the road .2 miles either way to the closest entrances to the beach. This was an issue I addressed in advance after reading another review and was assured it was 400 ft and then a short walk to the water. As a result we were unable to get our older guests to the beach which was obviously a letdown. When I enquired the host sent me a map showing the walking directions and .2 miles either way reference. When I brought up our previous communication and asked for a golf cart or other suggestion no response was offered. That said, if you don’t mind the walk the beach is beautiful!The home is basically fine with lots of space. There are bikes and beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cart so that’s helpful. The home is dated with some obvious needs for repair and updating- handles missing on barn doors downstairs, bathrooms/shower heads on level 2 and 3 are old, lights in pool were out but some floating lights were provided, outdoor shower not working. The property is currently for sale. The ocean view is somewhat limited, the construction is a deterrent and once completed, new homes will block the view.
