We loved Omee’s Mystic Getaway! The owner was fantastic at communicating with us, allowing us to check-in early, which we greatly appreciated. The property is well maintained and is exactly like the pictures. We loved the back deck, spending nearly all of the daylight hours out there when we were at the house. Very convenient to Mystic and New London. The only item I’d say is the house needs a dehumidifier, it felt damp especially after rain. But it wasn’t a huge deal: well equipment kitchen.

We had a very nice stay. The location is good for getting around to all the things to do & see. Very quiet neighborhood, we all slept well. I would have appreciated a grab bar in the upstairs shower.But overall everything was great.

Loved the location for us!!!! Cute house, easy access for our trip itinerary. Have to say that the house is in need of a humidifier as it had an annoying musty smell. The owner was very quick to answer questions. Hopefully the smell will go away with proper maintenance. The house was very comfortable besides the smell!

Perfect Home Away from Home

Our family of four loved this home, space, and design. The home was spotless, set up very nicely, a few remodelings were underway in the downstairs room, but that didn't take away from the stay at all. The location was perfect for our homebase with kids at aquarium summer camps and for exploring the area's beaches and trails. We are looking forward to returning next summer and highly recommened this house for other families to stay. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Clean

The house feels new. It's clean and very well kept and in a nice neighborhood. The backyard is private to the extent that any windows facing the back don't need blinds. The bed was comfortable. The weather cooperated and every day except one (cloudy day) was perfect for the beach.

Great stay and great location!

The house was great for us and our small children. It even came with a crib and high chair, and there was a Pack n Play in the closet. The fenced-in backyard was also nice to let the kids run and play a bit. The house was in a fantastic location - quick drives to the Mystic Seaport, the aquarium, and Old Mystic Village. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Retirement/engagement

My cousin came into upstate to celebrate her retirement and engagement. This was her first time in mystic and we rented the house so we could all be together in one place. We weren’t in the house too much but everything was clean and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We had to contact the owner once and he got back to us right away.

Comfortable and Great Location!

My family enjoyed a wonderful weekend here. The house is modern spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is wonderful! Great location for attractions, dining, and shopping. It was a bonus that there was a crib and highchair there for our one year-old. Only drawback was the backyard was quite a hill and our little guy had trouble navigating that. They do have a wonderful deck area. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic Stay

The property was fantastic. We immediately felt right at home. The beds and couch were very comfortable, plenty of hot water, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We travel from VT, NH, and MA to catch up on the year! What a wonderful place to stay! Everything was immaculate, such wonderful updated renovations! So comfortable ! Modern & Updated

This modern, updated Cape Cod house provided a clean, comfortable stay for our Mystic vacation. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a playground. It’s a short drive to major attractions and quaint beaches. The kitchen is well appointed, too.

Good space for family dinner

Great backyard and deck, large bedrooms, kitchen was well-equipped, dining room table was large enough for our family to enjoy dinner together one night when we cooked out on the backyard grill. Location was great for us, as we have family nearby.

House with it all

This was the easiest rental I have stayed at. Communication was perfect and the owner would respond to questions within minutes. The house is beautiful, well equipped, and in a great neighborhood. We had a great time and enjoyed our nights at the house as much as our nights out. The kitchen was my favorite part of the house very open and a lot of counter space to prep food. I would recommend this house to everyone. It's minutes from down town Mystic and Mystic village, close to restaurants, and other fun attractions. My kids and I loved staying here and hated to leave. I can't wait to come back.
