En härlig tre sovrum, två badrum villa; nybyggda med alla nya möbler och vitvaror. Denna villa ligger nära centrum Lincoln och nära Loon Mountain nya South Peak ledsystem.

Ange detta fritidshus till det öppna konceptet kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Slappna av och njuta av den stora platt-TV och gas spis som börjar med bara luckan av en strömbrytare. Utanför vardagsrummet är det största sovrummet med med dubbelsäng, en TV och stora mästare bad inklusive hans och hennes sänkor, fristående dusch och separat badkar. Ner en kort hall är de återstående två sovrum (ett med en dubbelsäng och den andra med två uppsättningar våningssängar) och en full delat badrum.

Detta lägenhets, South Peak Resort 1A, erbjuder medlemskap till Mountain Club på Loon Swim and Fitness Center erbjuder en inomhuspool, utomhuspool, utomhusjacuzzi, bastu och träningsrum.

Pool och gym kan vara otillgänglig under kortare perioder på grund av mekaniska eller fysiska underhåll. Tillträde kan nekas för icke-efterlevnad av klubbens regler.

Spring Break Getaway

My group and I have a fantastic stay at this luxurious and cozy South Peak unit. From the large kitchen, to the roaring fireplace and large bright windows, this unit was the absolute perfect place to come home to after a day on Loon Mountain. The location truly cannot be beat, and the views looking out to the forest and the sound of the Pemigewasset River absolutely soothe your soul. The unit was well stocked, in great condition, and extremely clean. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

Had a small IT issue but a call to the LRS office took care of that. Price $$$ but I’m the one who decided to stay.

Very nice location and condo!

The living room could use more lighting, a stand-up lamp and light under ceiling fan. Disposal didn't work and had an odor. The sinks in master bath were slow to drain and several lights throughout the property were burned out. Overall, a very nice place.

Great location- great accommodations!

This condo is located conveniently in Lincoln! You can walk to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Beautiful mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and riverside…. Perfect for white mountain getaway. Unit is large and well equipped. Highly recommend!

2nd time stay

Excellent location for exploring Franconia Notch area

We are a family with young children and had a great experience during our stay. The condo was a very private, end unit that overlooks the pemi river. A short 5 minute walk down to the river was a fun activity for my boys each night. The boys enjoyed the bunk beds. The bed linens were a bit worn but everything was clean. Our only complaint was the outdated TV. The remote came with 3 pages of frustrating instructions. A smart TV would make a world of difference in this rental. Most families now pay for streaming services and it would have been a welcomed bonus to us if we could have had the ability to cast our services to the TV. I wish I had looked into that before we booked. Overall we were very happy. The condo is very bare-bones, so don't forget even the simple things like cleaners to wipe down the kitchen counter and laundry detergent, because nothing is provided.

But you can’t go wrong with any of the units . Just a note . The 1A condo is the furthest away from the grill and fire pit . So bit of a walk. Also the property owner might want to stock the home with some Tupperware. Having a family in the home we could not locate any Tupperware. But overall wonderful property and would love the opportunity to stay in 1A again.
