Skriv in den här bostaden med två nivåer i foajén med tillgång till garage och gå ner i den korta korridoren till det öppna konceptets vardagsrum, matsal och kök med gaspis, smart plattskärms-TV och två uppsättningar skjutdörrar till det rymliga bakdäcket. Vacation week at Forest Ridge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed 132B. Very spacious and well appointed. Garage was nice surprise for rainy days. And ping pong in basement. Also liked digital clocks in each bedroom upstairs. There were problems accessing the pool/health club with new apps. Too complicated. Why? Only downside.

Beautiful Home with Great Location

My family and I stayed here to explore Franconia State Park! It only was it an easy ride into town but not far from the park! Bonus there were several overlooks to the left of the development that we were able to explore! The house was clean, and exactly as pictured! It is different that they don’t have a ton of supplies there but that wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t cook lolI do wish they provided the check in information more advanced but they did come at 3pm as they advised. We would 100% book here again!

Cozy ski house

We shared this home with another couple for a ski getaway. The layout was perfect for relaxing, dining and game time after skiing!

Anniversary and birthday get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property that we rented was absolutely beautiful. The amenities in the kitchen was well stocked as we did a lot of cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed the ability to walk every day on the beautiful property and to use the pool area as well. We found this rental to be extremely quiet and well maintained. We were extremely disappointed with the condition of all three toilets as they were stained and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned although they had the paper over the covers if they had been. I have pictures of all of them as I clean two,but did not clean the one toilet that we didn’t use. When cleaning them, it did require a little bit of elbow power to get them clean, but once that was done, they were clean for the entire week. My point is if somebody tries to say it’s the water it’s not I think the owner would be extremely disappointed and the way the toilets are being maintained. We would definitely stay here again!!

Best location, a lot to do!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location while visiting the White Mountains, Laconia, Louden and even parts of Maine and Vermont. Every day we went on a new adventure! Shout out to Black Mountain Burger for the BEST burger and service, an absolute must when staying in Lincoln.

Excellent stay in Loon Mt area!

We loved this property, it was well kept up, had all the supplies we needed to cook meals, and the bedrooms were great. Love that there are smart tvs in every room. You could hear the brook behind the property and we never heard a peep from the neighbors. The town has some really great spots for food/coffee/etc. The rental office was friendly and helpful too. I dont think you could go wrong with this spot.

Großes Haus am Ortsrand

Wir haben das Haus mit all seinen Vorzügen genossen. Es ist super gelegen, um die tollen Wasserfälle, Trails und Berge zu erkunden. Das Haus ist sehr groß, super ausgestattet, hat eine Tischtennisplatte im Keller und es ist nur fünf Minuten von den Restaurants in Lincoln entfernt. Einzig irritierend fanden wir, die mit Geldbußen versehen Auflagen zum Checkout (das könnte höflicher kommuniziert werden).

Lincoln NH Mini Vacation

This is a great property!! It was convenient to all the attractions yet off the main road so we enjoyed some quiet family time together when we returned after a busy day. We definitely want to book this place again!

Beautiful place!

This place was the perfect place to spend a weekend. The property was well stocked and clean. We loved sitting on the deck at night taking in the views. Great location to town as well! We’ll be back!

Quiet and convenient location

Loved the area. Beautiful forest and mountain trails for hiking. Lincoln was very quiet in early June. Forest Ridge duplexes were very quiet - almost felt abandoned mid-week - but started to fill a little on the weekend. House was very spacious and comfortable. One car garage was accessible (in most rentals it is not).

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

We booked this property very last minute (10:30 pm the day before arrival) as a Memorial Day weekend getaway. The property manager phoned the morning after booking to confirm logistics and ensure we were all set. We arrived and the property was immaculately clean and ready for us! Excellent location in Lincoln provided a great jumping off point to our White Mountain adventures and the condo had everything we needed. Indoor/outdoor pool areas were great on this hot weekend. We would love to return!
