En två sovrum med ett loft, två badrum multi-level radhus ligger på Village of Loon Resort över Kancamagus By-vägen från Loon Mountain skidområdet. Ange till foajén. Av till höger om foajén är ett badrum och ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, platt-TV och luftkonditionering. På nivån under foajé är det största sovrummet svit med king size-säng, TV / DVD och privat badrum. Även på denna nivå är tvättstuga garderob med sida vid sida tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Dessutom kan du få tillgång till den lilla bakgård utrymme från denna nivå. Nivån ovanför foajé värd köket samt vardagsrum / matsal och tillbaka däck. Fab vacation rental

The rental is located at the top of the property and that may be why it was so peaceful in mid July. We spent a day at Echo Lake and took the gondola to the top of Cannon Mountain. I can highly recommend a stay and would definitely book again myself.

Great location, ok accommodations

If you want to be in the mountains, central to lots of attractions and nature with all the creature comforts of home, then this is your place but be aware that the condo is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and some updating. Also note that parking can be a challenge if the surrounding units are full since the overflow is parking is all the way back at the entrance to the resort area, quite a distance from the condo.

Rental 21-2 in Village of Loon

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay this year was very poor at the Village 21/2. The rental we stayed in needed a lot of repairs. The twin bed frames were not set up right for the bed box springs and one twin bed was missing hardware allowing the box/mattress to fall to the floor. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. The cushions kept falling off of both couches. The straps that hold the cushions in place were broken. The couches are sleep couches and when we went to pull these out we found food left in them and very dirty sheets. The bed pillows are in desperate need of updating. The air condition in the bedroom blew out freezing cold air. Temperature could not be controlled it was either off or on. This was the worst rental we have ever stayed in. My family and I have been coming here for the past 20 years and this is the first time we have left very disappointed.

Good place but...

Property was as advertised but a few things might make me look elsewhere next time. The bottom floor bedroom was musty. Might be fine in winter but in summer there was a strong musty smell and we actually had to change who was sleeping in which bed to accommodate on of my family members not being able to handle the smell. You did get used to it once in there for a while. Also, not a deal breaker but there was a bunch of paperwork I had to print out, sign and email back before we went. I guess this was instead of doing a checkin once getting there (there was just a lock box with a key). But just took a little more prep time before we went.

Wonderful Chalet in Loon Mountain

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything worked out terrifically. Reservation service helpful and prompt. Ask about Air Conditioning and wifi, don't assume it's automatically included. We had wifi in the entire chalet and air conditioning in almost all the rooms, however not the master bedroom. It can be hot even in New Hampshire in the summer.

Wonderful Experience Overall!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was spacious and comfortable for our family of two adults and 3 young children. The back porch was calming with the sound of a brook behind it. The unit was in very good condition, although not new. The location was perfect, right off the main highway. Just a little something be aware of: There was a bit of a musty smell in the downstairs room. There is a dehumidifier and there is air conditioning in the upper part of the apartment, which cools the downstairs room when the door is open. These help with the smell, but if you have severe allergies, this may be a problem for you.

This was the first time renting a condo with air conditioning - what a treat b/c it was 90+ and humid during our stay! Had absolutely no problems. Only negative was the downstairs dehumidifier which, understandably, ran constantly and was a bit noisy. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Nice area, unit could use some improvements

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The village of loon are was very beautiful. The unit was nice and clean and fairly modern. The staff at the reservation service was very nice as well. The master bedroom downstairs was very musty and the room on the first floor had a bed that seemed like it hadn't been replaced in a while. The bed was so soft that I woke up with backaches every morning and had a tough time sleeping. However, when I told the staff about this issue, they wrote down the info and said they would look into it..hopefully they will.

Loon Village - very happy indeed

Deck is nie to use and it is right by the running brook whihc gives a very rustic feel. Would most definetly rent the same unti again.
