Great Place

This place is a great location, and the property and facilities are really clean. My only complaint would be about the parking. Two parking spots created an issue for us when we had friends come join us for part of our stay. There was not option for additional parking passes. Not even for a fee. That totally blew my mind because the facility had tons of parking around the building and there should not have been any issues. Otherwise we would definitely keep this place in mind in the future. The beds were comfy, plenty of bath linens, and a well equipped kitchen.

Really disappointed

This condo was definitely not ready for guests. No TVs or remotes worked. No one left linens for the pull out sofa. The dishes were dirty, the coffe pot was broken, the return air vents were covered in dust, the blinds were not functional, and towel rings literally fell off the wall. We’re an extremely laid back group and have been coming to seagrove for 20 years. Just really disappointed and all of the little things really impacted our comfort. Hope this feedback is used to make sure no one else experiences these issues.

Okay for less than a week rental

I was thankful that we were able to rent it for less than a week. We had to make a short trip so being able to only stay three nights was great. It was an easy walk to the beach. It is down the street from 30A Cafe which was fabulous. And the bike company that came with the rental also dropped off the kid bikes and attached the ride along to my bike with ease.

Family beach trip

The condo was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the beach and they had nice beach chairs, umbrella and even a wagon to haul our gear. We especially enjoyed the bikes and rode them often. The condo had everything we needed and more. We would love to stay there again on our next trip.
