Detta trevligt inredda två sovrum, har två badrum villa en fullstor kök och ett kombinerat vardagsrum / matsal. Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng, det andra sovrummet ett par enkelsängar och det finns en queen size bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Från balkongen utanför vardagsrummet området har en direkt utsikt över havet. Varje enhet i Ocean Dunes har tillgång till poolen vid havet. Ocean Dunes ligger på den södra änden av ön längs South Forest Beach Drive och på kort avstånd från Coligny Plaza och Coligny Beach Park. The Ocean Dunes komplexet är en kallat egenskap som ligger cirka 70 kilometer från havet. Varje enhet i Ocean Dunes har trådlöst internet service och tillgång till den "nya" swimmingpool vid havet och picknickområde. Våra Ocean Dunes gäster har också tillgång till spelarens Club Fitness Center som har en full träningsanläggning och en uppvärmd inomhuspool. Beautiful

We stayed here for fall break & loved it! Great oceanfront view, very clean, nice big showers, & comfy beds!! Close to Coligny Park that has little shops & restaurants within walking distance! Short drive to Sea Pines/Harbour Town! We will definitely try staying at this Villa again!

Nicely renovated. Had issues with secondary bedroom air conditioner but they replaced the unit and all was good. Wifi was out and not fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has great views of S Forrest Beach. The pictures were very accurate, this particular condo unit has very casual, basic furniture and a simple beach feel. It's a very clean unit and the furniture is less upscale than some units in the building. We found W/D useful and parking is very close. This is our third condo we've rented at this property and it has nice sized rooms. Building outdoor carpeting is a bit older / worn. Each unit privately owned/decorated and vary in classic vs beach-casual feel.

317 Ocean Dunes -overall a good unit but needs a little fixing up

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location-fabulous!!! and in general the unit was good. Please fix up the kitchen a bit though... peeling shelf paper in the cabinets is quite bad! Not very well stocked either: needs a cutting board for goodness sake! and the non-stick saute pan needs replacing- it's very old and the coating's peeling off into the food; we couldn't use it. Overall, it is a good unit and we had a good time. The kitchen just needs some TLC.

Great location and amenities

Great condo for small families! Reasonably priced for an oceanfront unit. Close to Coligny Plaza and across the street from the check-in office. Short drive to other popular local restaurants. The heated pool was great for kids in mid-May! It's not very deep so it was ideal for young ones. Beach access directly in front of building. We were also able to use the Hilton's beach bar/restaurant next door for Starbucks or lunch, which was convenient. My only criticism is the cleanliness of the unit. Lots of sand and crumbs on floor, kitchen island, and countertops. I had to do some cleaning upon arrival in order for the unit to feel comfortable. Improving cleanliness would make a big difference! Also, it would be worth it to invest in a good coffee pot. A small suggestion, but necessary in my opinion.

Perfect Room With the Perfect view

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was amazing, we stayed the week of the forth of July, and we had always stayed in a 1 bedroom villa prior to this year, and we decided to upgrade to a 2 bedroom. This room was awesome, when we arrived the room was spotless smelled fresh and clean was stocked and ready for our stay. Would definitely recommend this room to anyone. We will definitely be re booking this room in the future.

An Amazing Holiday!

The spacious unit was very well-equipped and the layout and amenities were exactly as described. Ocean Dunes is in an excellent location and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny. Of course, you cannot beat the easy access to the beach and unit 317 has one of the best balconies for gazing out at the ocean!
