Ligger på Folly Field Beach, det är centralt beläget och nära till alla öns aktiviteter. Vi är ungefär en mil från Shelter Cove Marina som är värd varje vecka hantverk och fyrverkerier under sommaren. Vårt breda sandstrand sträcker sig miles i endera riktningen, och lämpar sig väl för bad, långa promenader och löpning eller cykling längs vattnet. De många sandbankar och badvakter gör det till en säker strand för familjen! Vi värd den största poolen på ön, och det finns en mindre pool i anslutning till vår byggnad. Det är underhållning samt mat och dryck på den stora poolen. Barnaktiviteter inklusive några kvällsprogram barnomsorgs erbjuds. Kid pool förutom de 2 största poolerna. Solstolar från vår lägenhet kan tas till stranden. Volleyboll på stranden, på plats cykling, tennisbanor (tio upplysta domstolar) och ett gym finns. Njuta av soluppgången från stranden! Book it...

The location and desciption made this an excellent spot for a family vacation at Hilton Head. Small condo, but it is accurately described and well maintained. Ms. Dianne was an excellent communicator and responsive from booking to leaving the property. Beach is within easy walking distance, excellent pool areas and central to drive anywhere on the island. Beach items are clean and maintained so you don't have to get anything extra to enjoy sand and sun. Grocery and other needed items are a close drive also. Very relatxing property and would visit here again in a heartbeat. Book this condo with confidence of a nice relaxing vacation.

Awesome Spring Break Trip

My family including two teenagers …we were here for spring break! The property was extremely clean and exactly as advertised! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs! The location is amazing. We listen to the waves from the balcony and walked to the beach every day. We rented bikes on the property. The facilities were great overall. Diane was awesome. Super responsive and was easily available for all of our questions throughout our stay. We loved it there and will definitely go back! Only surprise was that the pools on property are not heated and therefore we couldn’t swim as they were freezing. That would’ve been good to know upfront, but otherwise everything was amazing.!!!!!

Last minute stay

Our vacation rental was cancelled due to damage from Hurricane Helene. We reserved this unit the night before we arrived. The renter was gracious and very helpful. The unit is clean and we loved the balcony.

Great family vacation on HHI!

The condo was clean, well stocked, and had a beautiful ocean view. The resort has great pools, easy access to the beach and plenty to do for active families. We appreciated Diane’s communication and helpful tips/info for exploring the island and options for the few days we had challenging weather. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Owner is fabulous. Very thorough and helpful. She was prompt in addressing an issue with check in(something out of her control). The pool is great for kids and adults. Owner went above and beyond with recommendations.

Wonderful vacation stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was just as we expected and had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Diane was quick to respond with any question I had and gave us great suggestions for things to do while we were there. It was nice being so close to the ocean and we really appreciated having beach chairs available to use. Great trip! We would stay here again!

Great Beach Condo

The condo was thoroughly clean, and thoughtfully decorated for a beach vacation. Any amenities needed for a stress free week were provided, including beach chairs and toys. The condo had a great ocean view from our balcony. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch out there. We also enjoyed watching the alligator and turtles in the pond below. Our location was a quick walking distance to the beach and pools. The hosts were easy to work with and prepared for our stay. Would love to stay here in the future!

Mom & Daughter Getaway

Diane's property was perfect! I wanted a place at the beach that would accommodate my elderly mom and Diane's condo did just that. Easy access to the condo with the elevator, close proximity to the beach, beautiful view, extremely clean and a very secure resort. I could keep listing reasons why this condo at Hilton head was perfect, but you must see for yourself.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

This condo is very clean and it is in the perfect location at HHBT! The view is incredible!! The pictures do not do it justice. Dianne is excellent to work with and she communicates very well. The kitchen was fully stocked, beach gear provided, and the beds were SO comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great location and super clean

Host was terrific! Good contact always! Beautiful ocean view, not a lot of clutter which was appreciated . Extremely well equipped. Only negative were the living room couches. Too soft and no footstools to rest your feet. Would rent again if there was comfortable seating. Bed was very comfortable Good find!

Wonderful stay!

The property was conveniently located on Hilton Head with a nice view of the ocean. The property was clean with two bedrooms and plenty of towels and hand cloths. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, and cooking equipment; everything one would need to cook their own meals. The pools were understandably too cold to swim in mid-October. The only downside for us was that the bedrooms did not have windows to the outside, but to the condo hallway; thus the shades were always drawn for privacy purposes. In addition, the shades were not 100% successful in keeping the hallway lights from bleeding into the bedroom while trying to sleep.

Varför värden valde detta boende

EASY access, convenient, largest beach, meticulously maintained resort. Resort installed 2 BOARDWALKS making it easy to walk over the soft sand onto the firmer packed sand. Boardwalk over dunes to usable beach makes for much easier access. Very walkable beach. Enjoyable beach offering of both soft sand and packed sand which allows for biking, walking, sand castles as well as soft comfort of white sand.

Admirals Row is directly on the ocean. Sandbars, lifeguards,beach chairs provided and reserved set up beach chair service is available for those who prefer to not carry chairs from villa to beach daily. Affordable. Enjoyable island location with less congestion and same activity options. Beaches are large and offer plenty of personal space. Lots of dining options including several waterview restaurants. Shelter Cove Marina is just 1 mile and hosts summer fireworks weekly as well as nightly entertainment for the kids.
