Du kommer att njuta detta lättillgängliga (endast 3 eller 4 trappor till entrén) multi-level fritidshus. Detta radhus har tre sovrum, två badrum, ett rymligt vardagsrum / matsal / kök och ett loft sittgrupp.

Två av sovrummen (ett med en queen size-säng och en platt-tv den andra, en uppsättning våningssängar, en enkelsäng och mindre plattskärms-TV med DVD), ett badrum och tvättstuga ligger på lägsta våningen av townhouse . Det öppna konceptet matsal, vardagsrum och kök ligger på mid-level. Det stora sovrummet svit med king size-säng och badrum är på det översta våning. Slutligen är loftet med en uppsättning våningssängar på landningen mellan vardagsrum och matsal.

Även här se till att koppla av på däck segelflygplan och ta i den spektakulära utsikt över bergen, använd rostfria vitvaror som du gör en måltid i köket eller hyra en film och tillbringa tid i vardagsrummet njuta monterade den stora platt-TV över vedeldade spis. Det går inte att komma överens om vad som ska hyra eller titta på? Det finns ett loft med sin egen TV och DVD.

Din vistelse ingår medlemskap i byn Simma, Tennis och Fitness Club med två inomhus pooler, två utomhuspooler, tre badtunnor (en utomhus), bastu, gym och 12 tennisbanor för din njutning. I närheten njuta av ridning, mountainbike, vandringsleder, och andra attraktioner sommartid.

We loved the condo as this was our 2nd year at the same place. No complaints regarding the residence!However, there was Major Road / Drainage construction in the village which was not disclosed to us before we made the purchase/rental. DISCLOSURE IS IMPERATIVE!The noise was extremely loud, we couldn't open the windows of the condo, and our cars were filthy due to the dirt, sand, stone, blowing around from all of the trucks/front loaders/Tractors, etc.... they started at 7am until 4pm. We are very upset that the management company did not disclose this at the time of booking which was only a couple of weeks before our stay.

Very nice place to stay

Quick getaway to NH

Everything was fantastic. The only issues we had were that the bunk beds seemed a little unsafe (loose ladders and fences not high enough) and that one of the fans was broken. Very minor stuff - we’d come back in a heartbeat.

Management company responded quickly upon reservation being made and information was comprehensive with the exception of the location of the gym, pool, etc. Had to ask around as we explored the area and found it at the village of loon. Pass to enter club did not work and though the club attendant was able to make pass operable upon the second visit.

On Loon Resort and cozy home

The home is exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen and dishes are clean and cookware were very nice. You can tell the owners also spend their time here and they care about their place. We have had bad experiences elsewhere. So this was such a treat. And there were heater controller in every room. So we were never cold. Beautifully modernized, cozy ski house. And the welcome goodie bag and fresh roses in a vase were such a nice touch. To top it all off - the shuttle bus to Loon is right outside the property!We will definitely come back!

Great way to spend the 4th

The only thing that would have made the place better would have been AC. But that was easily dealt with. The downstairs was cooler and the box fans did help. Loved it

Family of four stayed for a week. The place was awesome. I missed the detail in the listing that there was no a/c and I got freaked out when I arrived. Turns out we never needed it even in 80 degree weather since the place stayed cool. Of the four sleeping areas, only two bedrooms are fully private, both located in the basement. Upper sleeping areas are open to the living room so no privacy there. It didn’t matter for us since both kids shared a bedroom in the basement and we stayed in the top floor king with en suite (still open to the living room). We used the pools, game room, hit Whales Tale water park, Clark’s Trading Post, mini golf, ice cream, and board games on rainy days.

Great stay!

We came to New hampshire for a short family vacation and the house was a wonderful base for us. My kids especially enjoyed the dressers full of toys and games. The mattress toppers on most of the beds were so comfortable! The view from the porch was magnificent. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our ClearBrook Unit 108-1 Stay July 2019

The MBR is open to the living room below and closing it with a window and shade would make it more private. Very close to Loon Mtn, and just a couple miles from downtown Lincoln. It's close proximity to a running brook was a bonus; as the soothing sounds of the brook, the clean mountain air, and clear crisp night skys lulled us to sleep each night. The customer service from Loon Reservations was excellent. There were many activities within in minutes from where we stayed. I would highly recommend Loon Reservation Service's to anyone planning a trip to Lincoln.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Clearbrook 108-1. The unit was clean and well furnished. The check-in/out was quick and easy. The sleeping loft is directly over the living room, so it's not ideal if you need a place for the kids to hang out (watching their TV) while you watch the big TV, but it is a great play area for the kids. Master bedroom is nice and large, just note that it's open to the living room below. Firewood was provided and parking was right out front. Very close to Loon Mtn, and just a couple miles from downtown Lincoln. We would definitely stay at this unit again!
