Please note that the pool is currently closed for the season, as it has been winterized to protect it during the colder months. This seasonal closure typically runs from December through May and helps prevent damage from freezing temperatures, which are common in Joshua Tree during winter. Winterizing the pool is a precautionary measure to avoid issues such as pipe bursts and other weather-related damage.

We welcome pets in our home! Please review our pet guidelines:
Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs allowed with pre-approval. Each pet incurs a $75 fee.
Breed & Size Restrictions: Under 50 lbs, all breeds welcome (non-aggressive).
Cleaning & Supervision: Guests must clean up after pets, and pets must not be left unattended unless crated.
Cats: Please inquire before booking if you plan to bring a cat.

🚭 No Smoking Policy
We are a 100% smoke-free home. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property.
A $1,000 smoking fee will be enforced for violations.
