Vår charmiga Beach Cottage / Bungalow ligger i South Laguna Beach Village. Denna vackra stuga har omsorgsfullt renoverats med stor omsorg. Det har varit väl underhållna och ren!

Bambu golv, öppen tak tak, uppdaterat gourmet rostfritt kök med granit diskar och ny Miele diskmaskin. Öppet vardagsrum med öppen spis och matplats med plats för sex. Fullständigt privat kontor med dator och liten platt-tv i köket. New Bosch tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Inbjudande främre uteplats med fontän, sittplatser och mini utsikt över havet. Privat tillbaka uteplats med BBQ.

Liten utsikt över havet från framsidan sovrum och främre uteplats. Sovrummet har queen size-säng, andra sovrummet har dubbelsäng. Alla sängkläder tillhandahålls, inklusive badlakan! Sovrummen är mysiga, men har tillräcklig garderobsutrymme!

Tre privata parkeringsplatser framför huset. Gå några kvarter till South Laguna berömda stränder, som Table Rock och tusen steg. Stora lokala restauranger med gångavstånd också. Bara några minuter från centrala Laguna Beach. 1 mil söder om Montage och 2 miles norr om The Ritz Carlton och St. Regis Resorts för golf eller spa. 30 minuter till Disneyland!
Perfekt för en strand komma bort med vänner och familj. Shopping för högskolor, romantiska helger! Bambu golv, öppen spis, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, fontän framför, 2 TV, kontor, två uteplatser, tilldelad parkering, inomhus tvätt, nyckelfärdiga. Städning och deposition krävs.

Cute beach house in great location

We stayed for 6 weeks and truly made this our home. We can't say enough about our wonderful host Holly. She was always happily available to receive any calls and texts. Location is also great. There are places you can go that are walking distance but many things a short drive away...

Perfect Stay

This beach cottage was perfect for me. Cozy, clean, had everything you would need. Love this location in South Laguna. Restaurants nearby, great front patio, glad for the A/C as it was a hot week. This is my 2nd time renting this house..met all expectations

Great property, great location… close to beaches and restaurants and hiking trails. Groceries were a short drive. I can’t say enough good things about my stay. Owner, Holly, is incredibly responsive and warm. My stay was perfect and I’m looking to stay again.

Great little cottage

Great location, nice neighborhood, very close to the trolley and a couple of restaurants. My favorite restaurant was the Coyote Grill across the street. Holly responded to any questions immediately and easy to talk to. Thank you Holly, for a lovely stay.

Charming Beach House in a Great Neighborhood

This a lovely and charming house just a few blocks away from the beach in Laguna Beach. The neighborhood is very friendly and it is an easy walk to the beach and also to canyon trails. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. The owner is great, very responsive and helpful. They were happy to have our two dogs and the neighborhood and city are very dog friendly. We had an amazing time and I would highly recommend it!

A perfect winter get-away!

This beautiful bungalow was the perfect place for our winter get-away. It was clean, well furnished and had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. The bungalow was the perfect size for my husband and me and one or two of our children when they could break away from their busy lives in LA. We worked from home during the week and found the office space perfect for private zoom meetings. We all enjoyed the easy access to hiking trails and the beach access is just a quick walk and down some steps. The beach is breathtakingly beautiful and the sunsets are stunning. There is a fun taqueria with a great happy hour that we enjoyed on our way back from the beach some evenings. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they had a great time, too. It is a very dog-friendly community with a great dog park not too far away. The owner of this bungalow is kind, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I can't imagine a more perfect place to escape to during the winter.

Perfect beach getaway!

I would give Holly's place a million stars if I could. The location was absolutely perfect - a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was a wonderful place to work and take a long sunset walk at night. I worked from home during our month-long stay and the neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. Holly was an excellent host. I would highly recommend this place!

Charming So Laguna Cottage

Neighborhood is lovely, perfect for sunset walks with my dog. Adorable little park close by and short walk to beach. This is a cozy little cottage with a perfect layout. Every detail is well planned. Loved the kitchen and bath, French doors and windows, beautiful lighting, front and back patio areas. Charming beach house ambiance was just what I wanted for my month in Laguna. I'll be back, thank you Holly!

Great Beach House

This is a darling beach house, well maintained and great location. Walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Holly is an awesome owner and extremely responsive to any questions you might have. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

Lovely, welcoming home in south Laguna

We had a wonderful stay in this sweet home. So easy to check in and we felt at home immediately. The home is thoughtfully decorated and just easy to be in. Loved the peek-a-boo ocean view from the master! Beds super comfy. Office was a bonus since one of us still had to get some remote work done. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is fabulous - perfect for a stroll and a quick walk to the beach. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely cottage - two blocks off PCH/Hwy1

This was a great place to stay. The two bedrooms are relatively small, but there was Graco crib available for us to use for little ones. The house is two blocks above PCH, and the beach is just another couple blocks down - easy walking distance to some of the hidden gems of Laguna Beach - less crowded small coves with tidepools and lovely views. Laguna Beach runs a free trolley in the summer, with a stop two blocks from the house, which was a HUGE hit with toddlers.

Perfect for the two of us!

This cozy and well appointed beach Bungalow was absolutely perfect for the two of us. Holly was a wonderful host and we found the property spotlessly clean and well appointed. It’s just a short block or so to the beach as well as one of the best Thai restaurants that I have ever experienced. We will most certainly be back again. Beautiful, Quiet Location, Well Equipped

Beautiful and well equipped. We had a minor plumbing issue and the owner was more than helpful, staying in touch with us as she was returning from an overseas vacation. It was so lovely to be in South Laguna Beach in a quiet location away but convenient to Laguna Beach proper.

Perfect beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little bungalow. It was clean, decorated so cute, and had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of towels, kitchen stuff, and chairs to enjoy the beach view. We were able to take a short walk to thousand steps beach one morning and it was worth every step. We will definitely be back to this house again!!
