This quiet three-bedroom, one and half-bath home that sleeps 6 is centrally located between Downtown Greenville and Downtown Spartanburg. Whether youâre in the area for work or play, you are minutes from I-85, BMW, Tyger River Park, Shipwreck Cove, downtown Greer, and GSP International Airport.
The home has been completely renovated by opening the floor plan, adding a new kitchen with appliances, and fully updating the home throughout.
LIVING ROOM
The cozy living room is the perfect place to soak in the morning sun as you drink your morning tea or coffee. The living room features a large smart TV, with Wi-Fi, Hulu Live, Disney +, and ESPN. The couch can recline or lie flat to make it into a double bed.
KITCHEN
Brand new, fully equipped with all the needed tools and some pantry essentials. Mini-fridge, Ninja Hot and Cold Brew System with frother, dishes, utensils, cookware, waffle maker, Brita water pitcher, dishwasher and detergent, oven with built-in air fryer, low profile microwave, and a pre-rinse unit kitchen faucet.

Seats four at the dining table and two at the pull-out kitchen island table.

We are a family of six with four girls in different stages of growing up. We stay in short term rentals when we travel due to the number of guest we have. This is has been a good option for us and it just made sense to offer a family property to other family's that want a more home like experience when out of town.
