"Beachy Green" is a charming Laurel Grove cottage with two new complimentary 6 seat golf carts. Located in a quiet neighborhood within Sandestin and just minutes from the beach and world class golf courses, shops, and restaurants.

The living room features generous seating around our large smart TV and the dining area has seating for 12. The dinner table comfortably seats 8 and the breakfast bar has 4 additional seats so that everyone can enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is a great space for creating and serving these large meals for the whole family. You will find generous granite counters, plenty of cabinet space, updated stainless appliances and all of the necessary cookware and dinnerware. To complete this living space there is a powder bathroom.

There are 4 bedrooms within this home. with two additional private sleeping rooms off two of the guest bedrooms The master suite is located on the first floor and has access to the charming outdoor seating. This is a great space to quietly enjoy your morning coffee. It also features a King bed, a large smart TV, great closet space and a private bathroom. The master bath is complete with a double sink vanity, a separate soaking tub and a large walk in shower. The other master bedroom is on the second floor, has a king bed, a large closet, large smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a double sink vanity and a walk in shower. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV and a bonus private sleeping room with a twin bed and a twin trundle. The last guest bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed, a smart TV and another private sleeping room with a twin bed with its own TV. The perfect getaway space.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort via Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Please do not park the golf carts in the grass or pine straw as it will incur an HOA fine payable by the guest. We have two parking spaces in the driveway. The carts must be parked in one of those parking spaces when not in use.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
