The property was good overall but the water invited tons of mosquitoes breeding in the patio screens so it was hard to enjoy.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the property overall. We’re sorry that mosquitoes impacted your ability to fully enjoy the patio area during your stay. Unfortunately, coastal environments and nearby water features can sometimes contribute to increased mosquito activity, especially during certain times of the year. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your comments with our team for review. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Labor Day weekend trip

The property was perfect- lots of space for our 4 kids and dog. The turtles on the lake provided the kids a lot of entertainment! We enjoyed having a golf cart to drive to brunch at the cafe- great service and food! The location was perfect to visit friends at near by military bases and explore multiple beautiful beaches. My kids have already asked if we can book this home again when we come back to visit.

Wonderful Stay in a Quiet Gated Resort

My wife and I stayed her with our pups, and we loved it!! We will be back!! The location of the house was nice as the back deck is on the water of one of the ponds and looks out on the golf course. There is a golf cart for traveling around the resort property. The house had plenty of room for us. The resort property has multiple restaurants, shops, lakes/ponds and a bayside pier that can be fished from.

Perfect beach get away

This location was perfect for our family of 5! We had plenty of room to spread out and also plenty of room to be together. All of our kids enjoyed the turtles in the pond! The property had everything we needed to have a great trip. If there is a negative to be said, it would be that the golf cart was significantly slower than all others on the road which frustrated the drivers behind us and intern made us feel unsafe and they would follow closely.

Four Generations under One Roof

We loved the rental home especially the deck overlooking the course. We feed the turtles, we drove the cart the boardwalk and had easy access to the beach. This allow the oldest member of our family the to meet the youngest member of our family. We made wonderful memories in a comfortable living space. Enjoy the deck and the grill. Kitchen was nicely equipped! Thanks!

Great experience

I can’t speak highly enough about this rental. The neighbor gave us an issue a couple of times over Parking and just seemed to be an unhappy person in general but not the owners fault! Great Condo, very comfortable! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and elsewhere. We will return!

Home away from home

My family really enjoyed the property. It felt like we were at home. Plenty of space, beds and furniture were very comfortable. We loved the deck on the water. The only thing I would improve on is the golf cart. It was nice to have, but was quite slow. We were getting passed by other golf carts 😂. That’s pretty trivial considering everything else was fantastic!

Great for Families

We loved the place, we did have a couple issues. Floors were dirty, we have a baby that crawled around and her knees were black. Called and they were cleaned the next day. The dryer did not work , never was able to get through to the maintenance people. Finally gave up because we had other families nearby that we used.

434 Linkside review

This property looked exactly as advertised. The drive from Sandestin to Destin is quite time consuming (mostly due to construction) which we didn't expect. We spent a lot of time in the car. There is a lot to do at Sandestin, but a trip anywhere off of the resort is never going to be quick. I wish we had known that ahead of time. Also, as someone who has never been on the resort, we could have greatly benefitted from a detailed map of the resort and definitely better signage around the resort. But overall we LOVED our house and accommodations!
