This property is just a 15 minute stroll to the Rotunda, 25 minute stroll to Scott Stadium, and under a 10 minute walk to shops and dining. The perfect location for a midterm stay for travel medical professionals, families, or academia.

NOTE: This property is for 31+ day stays only and is priced accordingly. A monthly mid-stay clean is required. Equipped with a security system and front porch camera. Renters Insurance, Security Deposit and Rental Agreement required with this property. Inquire for details.

LIVING ROOM - Large sectional with seating (comfortably seats 6-8), sleeper sofa, coffee table, smart TV, and games.

DINING AREA - Large dining table with chairs for 10 and serving buffet.

KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchen equipped with all major appliances, drip coffee machine, and bar seating for 3.

PATIO - Located off kitchen, fenced in patio area with grass, gas firepit, grill (please note that propane is not provided), seating for 6.

HALF BATH

SECOND FLOOR:

BEDROOM 1 (MASTER): King bed, nightstands with lamps and sound machine, daybed, smart TV, luggage racks, and en suite bathroom.

MASTER BATH - Walk-in closet, double vanity, and walk-in tiled shower.

BEDROOM 2 - King bed, full length mirror, nightstands with lamps and sound machine, smart TV, closet, and attached Jack and Jill bathroom.

BATHROOM - Jack and Jill style, double vanity, and combination shower/tub.

BEDROOM 3 - 2 twin beds, nightstands with lamps and sound machine, and closet.

There is 1 parking spot available in the driveway. Street parking is only available on Sundays.

NOTE: Please note that Page Place is located near a low-income neighborhood walkable to UVA and downtown, but we recognize that not everyone will feel comfortable.

-There is VERY limited off-street parking. The city does occasionally ticket in this area of residential zoning. The home does have a small driveway that can fit 1 car and there is a parking garage and other paid parking on Main St.

-There is a camera mounted on the front porch to the left of the door and a working security system that is available to you with a unique code.

NOTE: Please note that Page Place is located near a low-income neighborhood. Our location is very walkable to UVA Grounds and downtown, but we recognize that not everyone will feel comfortable.
