I have fond memories of exploring the beaches, sound, and dunes as a child and wanted to find a way to share that experience with others. That's why I created a piece of paradise for families to come and create their own memories. I invite you to join me in discovering the wonders of the Pleasure Island, from the sandy beaches to the trails of Fort Fisher. Don't miss out on the opportunity to make memories that will last a lifetime.

The Riggings community is located right on the beach, so close it has permanent sand bags surrounding the building, so you can step out of your door and be on the sand in moments. This is the closest building to the water in the entire island. The location is perfect for beach lovers and anyone who wants to be close to the ocean.
Inside the condo, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed in the bedroom, a twin-size bunk bed located in the hallway, and a pull-out couch in the living area, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Each bunk bed comes with its own smart TV and Blu-ray player, providing entertainment for all guests.
We also provide a dedicated work space with a desk and chair, for those who may need to catch up on work or do some online learning during their stay.
