We are renting a 2 bedroom - 1 bath home. The living room , kitchen, and dining room are all open concept. The home has a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning breakfast on the balcony. The homes amenities are picnic/BBQ area, porch, outdoor shower, and covered parking. Kick back and relax as a movie plays on the 55 inch flat-screen cable TV

We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 4 people
