Blount Cottage is a charming, oceanfront getaway located on Ocean Ridge Drive in Atlantic Beach, NC. This spacious five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offers classic coastal charm with warm wood-paneled walls and thoughtful amenities designed for comfort and relaxation. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a beach week with friends, or just a peaceful retreat, Blount Cottage has everything you need to make lasting memories.
Step inside and enjoy a welcoming main living area, plus a bonus seating area perfect for games, movies, or quiet reading time. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Dine together inside or enjoy ocean breezes and outdoor seating on the balcony, where the sights and sounds of the Atlantic provide a perfect backdrop.
Guests will appreciate convenient garage access, an outdoor shower for sandy toes, and a pet-friendly policy so furry family members can join in on the fun. The home sits on a manageable yard perfect for outdoor games or relaxing in the sun.
With its unbeatable beachfront location, you can step outside and sink your feet into the sand within moments. Whether you're sipping coffee on the balcony at sunrise or taking a sunset stroll, Blount Cottage offers the perfect setting to enjoy coastal living at its finest.

2 King Beds, 4 Double Beds, 3 Twin Beds
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests' responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
