Welcome to Time and Tides! Where you have all the Time and Tides you want to enjoy the beautiful Crystal Coastline of Emerald Isle, NC. Incredible ocean front property in private gated Ocean Reef community just steps to the beach with your own private access! Second (top) floor with priceless views!

Enjoy both the ocean and the sound from two decks this unit has to offer! Take in the incredible sunrises and sunsets from your own oversized oceanfront deck. Private beach access is just steps away. Very own private outdoor shower with hot water. Enjoy watching the sound from the deck on the front entrance where the unit has close access to the private pool of Ocean Reef with tennis courts, basketball and shuffleboard too!

The unit has recently been renovated for all your costal vibe pleasures. Enjoy watching the 55" TV with your friends and family with the glow of a new electric fireplace, or enjoy the floor to ceiling views of the ocean. Or do both!

The master bedroom features a king bed, 43" TV and 2 nightstands complete with built in usb chargers and electrical outlets on the base of the costal lamps and two oversized closets. The master bathroom has an oversized walk in shower with two shower heads and a soaking tub for a great night of relaxation. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean or wake up to the incredible sunrise right from your own bed!

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a twin size bunk bed, 6 drawer dresser and closet. This bedroom also features black out curtains for the perfect night sleep.

Kitchen is stocked for making meals and includes granite countertops with a raised island for seating with bar stools. Sit and enjoy your meals in the dinning area while watching the views of the ocean.

Also included: New in 2023 a full size washer and dryer, new central heat and air conditioner in 2023, two cable Smart TVs, electric fireplace, free WIFI, a Keurig, electric stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and and freezer with ice maker.

This unit is rented weekly Saturday to Saturday with check in at 4pm and check out at 11am. Please be respectful of these times for cleaning purposes.

Outdoor parking available for two cars in front of the A2 garage door located at 2511 Ocean Drive, Building 6, Unit A2.

We provide linens for all beds and sleeper sofa, bath towels and washcloths and trash bags. We do not provide beach towels, paper products or personal items.

Refundable security deposit required ($500). This is in addition to rental rate and does not apply to rental rate. The security deposit is refundable after approved inspection with no damage, theft or fines to the property.

THE FOLLOWING HOA RULES WILL BE FOLLOWED. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES CAN BE ENFORCED WITH FINES AND/OR EVICTION:
NO OVERNIGHT RV PARKING
NO PETS OF ANY KIND
NO FIRES ON THE BEACH
NO GRILLING WITHIN 30 FEET OF THE BUILDING

Emerald Aisle, A Hidden Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home was beautiful, what got me most was the views of the ocean, every morning and every evening we found ourselves on the balcony sitting and talking and listening to the waves.We stayed 4 nights and every day we tried a different restaurant and each time the food and service was great, would definitely stay again.My one and only drawback was the second bedroom was for kids, it had a bunk bed, but the couple that stayed in that room made it work.

Awesome getaway

We came for a 4 night stay, needing a break. So nice to walk in and see the beach - the views from the living room feel like you are practically on the beach. Direct access from the porch onto the beach, umbrella chairs table on the porch is a perfect spot to sit and read / listen / stare at the waves. We hardly left.

Gem of Emerald Isle

We love Emerald Isle and have stayed in several great homes there, but this one is our favorite and we will be returning as often as possible. Why? *Great location: a bit off the beaten track, it's a bit more private and quiet. Still, close to groceries and a quick pick up store right around the corner. *Amazing views: walk right into a wall of windows looking out onto the Atlantic. The master also has an ocean view and the guestroom has views of the Sound. We spent a great deal of time just sitting and watching the pelicans feed and the waves crash. *Lovely decor and furniture that is also comfortable: It looks great and feels great! Comfortable furniture and extra touches like soft pillows and extra throw blankets in a basket near the electric fireplace. All the creature comforts. *Extras: a great kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal - OR, our preference: Surf's Up seafood a quick drive away for the best shrimp, grouper, or burgers. If you love fudge or need a souvenir, "Elly's" is great too. Easy trash routines with no worries about rolling out bins. Great beach access for morning and afternoon strolls. And very helpful hosts who were very responsive and incredibly friendly too. Highly recommend, don't think twice, book it! Thanks for everything, Karey! We can't wait to come back! Nola & John Mc

Best rental on Emerald Isle!! A most gracious host, newly & completely renovated beautiful, well appointed 2BR 2BA condo on top level with direct ocean front access - views were absolutely amazing of sunrises and sunsets! Couldn’t have asked for a better location - loved the neighborhood was gated. Will be back!!!

Great Location

The house was clean and in a quiet gated community. This condo was on the second floor of a 4 unit building. Views off the back were amazing and the convenient access to the beach, water hose to wash off feet and our beach supplies made it simple and easy. Karen was very responsive and helpful in our during our stay. Would recommend.

Fantastic stay!!

Wow! This VRBO could not have been any better. The accommodations are just beautiful! We found the unit so clean and so very comfortable for our family of four. The views are just stunning and we never tired of enjoying our morning coffee out on the deck or relaxing with a good book with the awesome view. The owners have renovated the property beautifully and we could not have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. Also, the owners were quick to communicate to any of our question and were lovely to work with. We look forward to renting again in the future!!

Great location and fantastic week.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! The kids enjoyed the bunk room with access to their own TV. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the modern beachy style. Pool within the complex was a fantastic amenity. If you have young ones, be prepared to come with your own sand toys. We would love to come back next year!

Oceanfront vacation

This oceanfront condo was great for our weeklong getaway, and is suitable for a couple or small family. Just steps to the beach or hang out on the deck. The kitchen was appropriately stocked for the number of people the condo holds. Plenty of parking. Bring your own beach chairs. The owner was friendly and communication was easy!

Great place to stay

The condo was very nice and one of the cleaner places we have stayed. Loved the view and the access to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you need! Would definitely go back.

Beach daze always! Amazing oceanfront view!

Time and Tides was a perfect spot to spend a week long vacation in Emerald Isle! Ocean Reef is a wonderful, safe and quiet community. The condo was amazing. From the decor and updates to the comfy beds, stunning ocean view and ease of accessing the beach- all perfect! Everything was as promised. Check in and check out were seamless. The unit was very clean and had everything that we needed. There was plenty of seating and space for our family of 5. The community pool was always clean and is steps away. Karey was an exceptional host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Would come back in a heartbeat!

Three generations of family loved the place--beach out the front door, pool out the back. A perfect combo for kids! Beautiful ocean view, spacious deck with lots of room for sand toys and boogie boards. The home was spotlessly clean, and the bed in the large bedroom was very comfy. Communication with the owner was seamless--she responded within minutes to my frantic email about lost car keys (our fault entirely). My only suggestion would be to provide a full-size coffeemaker--the one-cup-at-a-time Keurig made for a groggy 4-person line-up in the morning. Thanks for a great week!

Gorgeous view, safe gated community,

Karey was very responsive. You can’t beat the view being directly beachfront.Condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. Loved the single chairs and sofa, comfortable and sturdy. King bed was very comfortable, not so much the twin and full sized beds. Wish there was a screen on the back door to listen to the waves from inside.The kitchen had all the basics. Loved having the washer, dryer in the condo.The teens loved the beach in the morning, excursions in the afternoons and after dark found crabs and baby stingrays while wading on the beach. There’s lots to do in Emerald Isle or absolutely nothing but listen to the ocean.

Our stay was exactly as promised! Stunning views of a beautiful beach, clean property with lots of amenities, all within a secure gated community. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we return to this area in the future.

Serene private ocean front property

We loved our stay at this newly renovated property. The owners were responsive and the condo was beautifully appointed. The only thing I would say is that I wish they included beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels so we didn't have to pack them.
