OCEANVIEW Frisco – Hatterask Dr. – Wrap yourself in the coastal comfort of BUNKY’S DEN, a three-bedroom/two- and one-half-bath home located just steps from the sandy Atlantic beach. There’s no better way to let go and relax than in this perfect-for-your-small-family oasis.

Waking up to the view of the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of rolling waves is a given in the home’s three bedrooms, all located on the first level. The first bedroom, a master king, offers a walk-in closet and a large private deck. The two rooms on the other side, a queen and a pyramid bunk room share deck access and a hallway bath. All three bedrooms offer 42” flat screen Roku enabled TVs and ceiling fans.

On the upper level, vaulted ceilings, plentiful windows and a palette of blue and white create an open and airy ambience. A spacious kitchen, with stainless appliances and a farmhouse sink, is as charming as it is purposeful and stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite vacation fare. Start your day with coffee at the breakfast bar or on the deck as you monitor the morning breeze. Gather around the eight-seat dining table for a dinner feast. A living room with an L-shaped sofa and flat screen Roku TV will prove to be a popular place to settle in for the evening, but not before witnessing the sun set from the sound-side deck furnished with a table and chairs. Imprint that image to memory for instant recall whenever you need that feel-good moment. But in this moment, book BUNKY'S DEN and make it all come true.

I do not recommend!

Arrived to a broken air conditioning unit on the upstairs. It was 81 degrees of humidity. Dirty floors wet with 100% humidity, sand and dog fur. No, we were not informed, and I spent a considerable amount of the first evening on the phone to report the issue, after driving eight hours. We were not able to utilize the top floor of the home until the next afternoon, when it was repaired. The home is lovely, unfortunately it is not well maintained. Not a well stocked home. Not welcoming in the least. I do not recommend the realtor. We were not treated as valued guests. Wednesday night the dryer broke. This could be related to the completely clogged dryer vent, visible from under the deck. The guests before us apparently had a dog. The fur was EVERYWHERE! We have dogs. We do not bring them on our vacation, since we need a break from cleaning up after them! We have five dogs and NEVER have as much fur all over the house, as was left behind for us! Yes, we did clean ourselves. The agent offered to send someone to clean after it was done. The sheets on the master bed were torn. These are just the major issues. The person who mowed the grass did not bother to blow the grass off the drive and from the outdoor shower. We did receive a $312 refund. A pittance! We left a day early, since we had no desire to cart home piles of dirty laundry. All in all, it was a stressful stay. I would NOT recommend this house or realtor.
