Situated at the back of a property behind an Edwardian duplex in a prime Oakland location, this charming cottage offers plenty of privacy. It's within walking distance to local hospitals, shops, and restaurants on Piedmont Avenue and Temescal, and just a short stroll to the MacArthur BART station, which takes you to downtown San Francisco in 17 minutes.
The cottage features a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, central heat and AC, a 50" smart TV, workspaces, a private deck with dining for four, and a hammock. Off-street parking is available for one car.
Dogs are welcome with a $150 fee per dog.

The entrance is at street level. As you enter, you'll find a foyer with a counter-height table and two chairs, a chair for putting on your shoes, and hooks with a shelf for convenient key storage.
Adjoining the foyer is the living room, equipped with a 50" smart TV and two couches for relaxing.
From the foyer, walk up two steps into the fully stocked kitchen, which includes a dining table for four. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a door leading to the deck.
The bathroom, located at the back of the kitchen, features a tub, shower, vanity, and toilet, and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The second bedroom, accessible from the living room, includes a full-size daybed and a pull-out twin-size trundle bed.
On the deck, enjoy a hammock and a table with four chairs, perfect for dining or relaxing in the beautiful Oakland weather.
There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All bookings are required to purchase rental damage protection without exception.

We are in the Mosswood neighborhood next to Temescal. Four blocks to the MacArthur BART station which will get you to San Francisco’s Financial District in 17 minutes. 8 minute walk to Kaiser Oakland & Alta Bates Summit Medical Center. 15 minute walk to Piedmont Avenue and Temescal shops & restaurants. We are very close to everything a person could need. Plenty of grocery stores, a great variety of restaurants, pharmacies, dry cleaners and tons of entertainment. Easy access to San Francisco. The Oakland Airport is close and UC Berkeley is only a few miles away.
Off-Street parking for 1 car is located behind the unit, down the long driveway - street parking available for additional cars if needed
Please note Street Parking information if needed: Two Hour Street Parking from 8 AM to 6 PM plus Street Cleaning on Mondays & Tuesdays (each side of the street is different). Please check signs for further details.
Parking enforcement does issue tickets to violators to parking rules.
