There is a comfortable couch in the living area, and a nice sized dining table to eat or work. We have one TV that can be moved to the living or the bedroom for your convenience.



We have a brand new stackable washer and dryer in the apartment.



The apartment is the lower unit of a three-plex, so you might hear footsteps or running water. The mailboxes for the three units are on the front of the house, so you might see/hear tenants collecting their mail.

Guests have access to the apartment, no spaces are shared. The parking lot is shared with other tenants of the main house. The parking lot is small so if you have a larger vehicle it will be best if you find parking on the street.

The Piedmont area of Oakland is a great place to call home. You will find a grocery store, several coffee shops, wine bars and several restaurants. You won't want to miss Fenton's Creamery for the best ice cream and The Piedmont Theatre.
