Asiatiska möter Craftsman i två våningar sluttning hem uppflugen högt över stadens ljus. Komplett kök med alla bekvämligheter, inklusive en professionell spis, ugn och gas grill på däck. Vi har även kokböcker!

Lounge i biblioteket, koppla av i det stora rummet som morgondimman driver över Rogue Valley, eller dela en stor flaska lokalt vin medan du sjunka ner i skinnsoffor framför den stora River Rock öppen spis. I den svala kvällen efter en pjäs kan du njuta i badtunnan på vår enorma däck och titta på stjärnfall. Vintergatan är mycket ljus i vår tydliga, sval luft på 2500 ft. Under vintern får vi även enstaka snöfall!

Med privata rum för 4 par plus 2 futon i media rummet finns det gott om utrymme. Jätten granit matbord med plats för tolv med lätthet och det finns utrymme för att skona om du måste fly med en god bok. Självklart har vi också Hej hastighet wifi i hela huset.

Miles av vandrings-och cykelleder är bara nästa dörr på Oredson Todd Woods. Under sommarmånaderna vattenparken vid Emmigrant Lake är bara en plats att Time-Out.

Spacious Well Maintained Comfortable Home

Photos can not capture this wonderful property. It's very spacious with a fabulous deck with views across entire back of the house. About an 8 minute drive or less to downtown Ashland. Our family with adult children particularly enjoyed the 2 separate bedrooms and basement family room, in addition to the beautiful first floor living quarters. The main floor is entirely wheelchair accessible. It was pristinely cleaned with a well equipped kitchen. Only a 5 minute drive to town, and Patricia and Neil were attentive to any questions we had. Fabulous property.

Wonderful Stay in Ashland!

We had a fantastic time in Ashland! This property is a quick drive / a longish (90 min) walk from downtown Ashland and the theaters. The house is massive, and all of us remarked that it was the best-equipped rental any of us had ever stayed in. Quiet, great views, TONS of space for hanging out in a group or for quiet time alone. I don't think the listing mentions the hot tub, so we were not prepared to use it, but there is one. Fantastic kitchen; great deck and barbecue. There's even a cozy library. We hope to go back again next year. Definitely worth every penny.

Sibling reunion

The property was everything we hoped for. The views were fabulous, the home spacious with all the amenities we needed, and the location was central to downtown, wine tasting and river rafting. The owners were responsive and made are our stay smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a central location in Ashland. We hope to come back next year!

Fabulous Home for Gathering as a Family

What a wonderful experience! The communication with Neil was great before, during, and after our stay, and getting in and settled was easy. The house is beautiful -- it felt a little like having a national park lodge to ourselves. Beautiful views, lovely deck, great hot tub, incredibly well-equipped kitchen....and the towels and sheets were divine. There was lots of space for us to spread out and have down time (there were eight of us across three generations); the house was stocked with lots of fun books, games, jigsaw puzzles, and resources about the area; it was a quick drive into town; and seeing the plays and experiencing OSF was delightful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home

We had a great time at the house. It is private but not far from things. It is big enough so everyone had space but cozy. It was very clean and arriving and departing were made so easy. The deck and hot tub were fantastic. We started each morning having coffee on the deck and ended each evening in the hot tub. You feel like you are in a tree house looking out at the tree tops. It was perfect. All the rooms had plenty of space and walking up and down the stairs on that cushy rug was wonderful.

Wonderful Family Gathering

Our family of adults from all over the United States gathered in Ashland, and this was our home base. It was perfect for big family dinners around the big dining table. We had lovely evenings on the deck looking over the valley. The kitchen was well set up for us to cook and to have meals together with extra tables for people to play games or do a puzzle without getting in the way of the cooks. One of our family is physically disabled, and we needed a space that would work for her. Neil was super helpful with honest and accurate information to help us decide if this was the right space for us. It certainly was!! I will absolutely want to stay here if we gather in Ashland again. Mahalo nui loa!

Excellent, Beautiful Hour! With a great location

We visited Ashland so my daughter could compete in an Ultra running race. This house was amazing as it had a jacuzzi on the deck she could soak in after her all day race. The view is amazing. The house is huge. The downstairs is like a mini apartment. There are two large bedrooms, a bathroom and den like area with a t.v . Almost like having two separate houses. The kitchen has every thing to cook with. The cooking stuff is nice, not like some rentals that give you second hand crappy cooking stuff. There is a huge living room upstairs with a big fireplace and windows with that awesome view. The owner is so nice and accommodating. You are lucky if you get to stay at this place

Majestic setting and views, top notch lodge and amenities!

If this property hasn’t been featured in Sunset Magazine, it should be! My family, eight of us, utilized every square inch, every one had privacy for bedtime! We played games on the huge dinning room table, enjoyed nature, sunsets on the porch and made amazing meals in the outfitted kitchen! Just look at the pictures on the listing, words can’t describe how amazing this place is!!

A Delightful Experience

We have stayed at this spacious home (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, huge living area) many times previously, and again found the accommodations well cared for and well supplied. We cooked and ate most meals on site, and were pleased with kitchen implements and appliances, and delighted with the huge dining room table. Abundant light and spectacular views are a bonus. This house is only a 10 minute drive to Lithia Park, theaters, and downtown Ashland.

Perfectly wonderful property

It was perfect! Beautiful home with an amazing view. We woke up to wild turkeys and deer. The house felt isolated because of the large scale property. The home is HUGE. Do not hesitate to rent this spectacular home, it is one of a kind.

An exceptional home

The photos do not do this home justice. This was by far the best VRBO property we have stayed at - we felt like we were in a home rather than a rental place. The location is peaceful and quiet and the layout is just perfect for a larger group. And the view is just beautiful! This is one of the few places we have stayed where we felt we could just relax in the home and not feel the need to rush out every morning. We would definitely want to stay here again when we are in the area.

What a gorgeous view and getaway!

This was a top-quality property with beautiful appointments, cozy and elegant. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds soft and inviting, and the main room felt like I was living in the poshest national park lodge that had a great view as well! The well-stocked library was a welcome surprise for my bookworm family members, so cozy as well. The house was always comfortable, even when the outdoor temperature broke 100 degrees (F). And the easy access to stores while being secluded up the hill made last-minute needs easy to fill. This was such a great property to vacation in! We had a great time!

Covid pod celebration

We had two very loud families and this wonderfully spacious home had plenty of areas to stash the tweens so the adults could hear themselves think. The kids were in school and 3 of 4 adults were working remotely and the wifi held up and the hot tub smoothed away our stress. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful retreat with view

Great property a short drive to theaters. Beautiful appointed. Had everything a group of eight women needed, and/or could have wanted for four days of plays, fun, cards/games, including nearby walking trails, groceries and downtown Ashland shopping. Best equipped kitchen we've ever seen! Will definitely return.

We've been coming to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival since 1984 and long ago fell in love with Ashland and the Rogue Valley. Since we cannot be here full time we thought we should share our lovely home with you!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Back in 1983 my high school english teacher invited some alumni students on a camping trip to Ashland to see a few plays. The next year I brought my girl friend with me. She loved Ashland and theater... so I married her! We've been coming here ever since and now own a home so we can enjoy it in comfort.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The peace and quite of our location, while still being right at the edge of town, made this an obvious choice for us. We can be downtown in just a few minutes but can escape back to the deck for the sunset and a glass of wine. Perfect.
