Great location if you only want beach.

Listing sounded great, but overall dissappointed. No couch, smaller bed, appliances pretty rough. Pool and hot tub were not working which wasn't published anywhere. The location was great for beach access. View was beautiful. Listing showed a couch for picture but no couch just a hideaway bed that folded into wall. I thought way overpriced for what offered. Lipstick on a couple coffee cups too. Toilet stopped flushing but was fixed right away next morning.

Just okay

Good location for a reasonable price. The plumbing/shower was a pain and when the AC kicked on in the middle of the night, the screaming sound it made woke me every time. Also, don't run out of TP or other essentials because management was impossible to get hold of, we bought our own. It is just across the street from a nice beach area and a good option.

A disappointment - not as expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos show a balcony with a view and a pool. Unit #7 is ground floor with no balcony or view. And the pool had no water. Open the door and the bed is right there and in bed you have a view of the stove. No sofa. However, very clean, everything works, washer/dryer, full stove, fridge, water pressure in the shower great, hot water, bed comfortable

Mother/Daughter before graduation getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are huge Ana Maria Island fans. We have stayed in homes on the island before with our entire family. This trip was going to be different. It was just my daughter and I. We wanted easy access to the beach and all that the island has to offer, along with simple accommodations. Our stay turned out to be the most perfect spot for us. From the staff, to meeting wonderful people who were by the pool and had glowing reviews of past years here, to the sundeck and easy walking to anything we needed, this place was wonderful. It had every amenity we needed in one compact room. We didn’t need a huge house this time because we were out exploring and enjoying the island. When we returned in the evenings, it was a retreat. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation and tons of wonderful memories with my daughter. We certainly will be back.

Great location. Very clean. Greeted by helpful staff member. Room was advertised with a pull out sofa bed. It was instead a full stationary bed taking up much room in a small space. No options available for a cot or air mattress. Plumbing needs work. Loose fixtures and a toilet that would occasionally get stopped up not through our fault.

Nice location. Clean. Plumbing a little funky, loose kitchen spigot, toilet would occasionally stop up not due to us. A few more amenities would help like salt and pepper oil and vinegar which most places have. Advertised with a pull out couch but it was a double bed leaving much less space in this small room. It would be nice to have a cot on hand as they do in hotels for special circumstances. Staff and everyone we met were very agreeable, being from the North we’re not use to it but loved it.

Door hard to manage with no handle. Also add some hooks around especially in bathroom. all around very nice though.

The room was perfect for a beach stay.We received a call that even though check-in was at 4 o'clock, we could check in early, which worked out perfect for our arrival time!Only had two issues. Got back to the room late on Saturday and the result of inconsiderate parking by other guests, I had no choice but to use one of the handicap spots.The room was clean, with exception of the floor. The floor had black dust on it, which when you walked across it barefoot, it made the soles of your feet dirty. More than likely from the parking lot.Otherwise, a nice place! We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice place! Only issues were floor cleanliness and parking. If you walked in your bare feet, they got dirty. Parking was an issue on Saturday only. Only open spots were handicapped. Other than that, great location and nice amenities! Will stay here again.

Perfect Location/ Some Maintenance Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's hard to beat this unit's location. Directly across the street from the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria. Our unit did show signs of wear and some general maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Our shower door was off rhe track when we arrived and the issues was not addressed during our short stay of two nights. Wouldnt be a big deal but it was a very heacy glass panel. One of the other issues is that the fridge in unit #7easily moves forward and backward. And if it comes forward too far you cant open it. Needs to be secured. I would recommend this rental, but for the cost, these issues need to be addressed.

Beach lover paradise

This location was just perfect for the beach lover. Just a quick walk across the street and you are in the white sand and at the gorgeous water.Your beach chairs are even waiting for you there. The property provided us with towels. This property was clean and well kept. It was the best stay for the price on AMI!
