303 Ruskin Place is an iconic four-story building located in the heart of Seaside with 12 ft. floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors, beautifully decorated with an abundance of indoor and outdoor space for friends and family to gather and enjoy. 303 Ruskin Place offers one of a kind panoramic views of the Gulf, Seaside, and Central Square to be admired from the many balconies and decks that overlook Ruskin Place Park. The main floor has an open floor plan, boasts a professional chef's kitchen, large living room, dining area with a table seating 8 plus a full bath. A very spacious deck off the kitchen is the ideal place for morning coffee or dinner with the family. The deck offers a large gas grill to cook a fabulous gourmet meal.
