Enjoy a classic Breckenridge experience from this two bedroom, three bathroom condo. Walk down the street and cross the pond to the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9 or walk another block to the south end of Main Street. Charming location directly on the Blue River with a private, in the woods feel. Each bedroom features two queen beds with an attached bathroom. Generous floor plan with third bathroom and 1300sqft. Full kitchen. Gas fireplace. Columbine pool/hot tub access across the street, seasonally. Coin-op washer/dryer available.

This condo has pool access to the Columbine pool, approximately a 3 minute walk from the condo. Winter hours are 12pm-8pm and summer hours are 10am-8pm.
The Columbine pool and hot tubs are typically closed in the fall and spring. Fall 2024 CLOSURE dates: 10/21/24 - 11/7/24, Spring 2025 CLOSURE dates: 4/28/25 - TBD (Late May).

Easiest access to the Mountain:
Ski Access: Walk north on Columbine Road approximately 1/2 block, take a left before the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge and cross Maggie Pond to be at the base of Peak 9/Quicksilver lift. Approximately 300 yards.
Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.
PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
PLEASE NOTE:
> There is no air conditioning (most places up here do not have it!).
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
> This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Check the CDC website regarding the potential effects of high altitude.***
> Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
