Det stora sovrummet och vardagsrummet har vardera ett privat dÀck och 12 fot av fönster för spektakulÀra solnedgÄngen Äsikter. Det stora sovrummet har 2 sÀngar queen size och eget badrum. I vardagsrummet finns en queen-size utdragbar med tillgÄng till det andra hela badrummet. Garveri Creek Condominiums ligger intill Petoskey State Park, undangömt i ett privat omrÄde, och inom gÄngavstÄnd till den historiska gemenskapen av Bay View med sin underbara sommar musik / kulturprogram. Endast 40 minuter söder om Mackinaw Island, och en 15 minuters bilresa till Charlevoix och Harbor Springs. BegrÀnsningar: Inga husdjur. Rökning förbjuden. Beautiful Condo in a great location. A short walk to the beach and walking/bike path, and also a short drive to restaurants and downtown Petoskey.

The location is perfect. The view is beautiful! The grounds are very nice. The unit is okay. The furnishings and decor were very nice. It was a little disconcerting to find ant traps on the counter and mouse droppings in the utensil drawer, but luckily no critters. There is no sound deadening between floors and it sounded like the kids upstairs were playing basketball. The water smells really awful. And lastly, the owner added a rule that we couldn’t keep our electric bikes on the covered back deck, but instead on the bike racks behind the dumpster - maybe not important to everyone, but it was to us. I would still recommend it because the location and view are outstanding!

This is a fantastic condo stayed two weeks spotless and every thing you need to cook great location the owner is very attentive and helpful on a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is great I give it a 15! Close to everything can walk to supermarket

Beautiful View

Beautiful view of Little Traverse Bay and Petosky State Park. Quiet and comfortable. First floor condo a few steps from the parking lot. Liked not having to lug suitcases up any stairs.

Beautiful condo with direct views of the bay and beyond

Very quiet end unit on the ground floor. Moving in and out was easy with a level sidewalk to the nearby parking area. Gorgeous unobstructed bay views from every room. The condo was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The king bed was luxurious and comfortable. Hope to stay again someday.

Excellent location right next to Petoskey State Park

Very clean and everything is as described and shown in the pictures. The 1st floor end unit with two private decks and a direct view of the Little Traverse Bay was great. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils to cook anything we desired. Owners quickly responded to our emails. No problems at all. We would certainly rent again when we are in the Petoskey area.

Terrific view of Little Traverse Bay from both the living/dining/kitchen and the master bedroom! Cleanliness of the unit was excellent. All in highly recommend!

We absolutely loved it. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Melissa was great with all the information she gave us. We go up to the Petoskey area every fall. If available we will continue to stay here.

Great golf week!

Great location! Bike trail right in front of condo. State park nearby. Close to dining and shopping. Condo is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Melissa made the process easy for us. We will definitely stay again!

Great Condo & Location

Really enjoyed our rental - clean, comfy bedding, nice deck, great walking trail and beach access, beautiful view. Perfect size for two couples, quiet unit on end of building. Close to everything we wanted to do in the area.

Beautiful relaxing waterfront setting!

This location is perfect for a vacation on the water. Bike trail in front, pool, property is on the beach halfway between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. It couldn’t be a more perfect location. We loved the location and the condo was immaculate with everything we needed.
