Welcome to "Tiny Homes on Walloon Lake" nestled on the north arm directly on Walloon Lake. 2 cottages 2 Bed/2 Bath total sleep 8 people (2 Queen beds/ 2 Queen Sleeper Sofa). Sleeps 8 people total. Ideally for 2 small families or couples retreat wanting to have their own space, yet have lakefront amenities including a boat dock (bring your boat or rent), fire pit, grill, corn hole, kayaks, & million dollar sunsets. Walloon Lake awaits!

-Dogs allowed (max 2) for a total fee of $100
-The water is 5-6 feet deep at the end of the boat dock, so bring your boat or rent one! This can vary depending on how much rain has fallen.
-Cottage is 686 sq ft
-We are just a 6-7 min drive to Meijer & Walmart
-We are a 7 min drive to downtown Petoskey!

The main cottage:
You will enter into the kitchen and dining area of the main cottage with the queen immediately to the left. To the right past the kitchen is the laundry room and bathroom. The living room is straight after entering the cottage. Each cottage is about 686 sq ft. with views of Walloon Lake

Guests will NOT have access to the garage.
Other things to note
*Guests will need to walk down stairs to Walloon Lake from the cabins; stairs do not have railings.
