Vår lägenhet erbjuder två sovrum, ett komplett kök och gratis parkering. Beläget i mitten av bra shopping och god mat. En fem minuters promenad ner till den vackra Waterfront Park på Little Traverse Bay där du kan promenera längs sjön, ta ett softball-spel, picknick medan du tar fantastiska solnedgångar eller åka cykel mil längs stranden av Lake Michigan. Det är ett båt-, fiske- och golfparadis.

What a great little place! Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartment is super cute, clean and has everything you need. Check in process is so simple, same with checkout. We had a wonderful time in Pektoskey, thank you!

Great location in all the action of downtown Petoskey. Getting to the apartment is a little tricky as far as multiple doors to unlock and narrow stairs. It would not be a good choice if mobility is an issue, but it worked fine for my young family. WiFi worked good, rooms were clean, plenty of pillows/towels. The rugs didn't have non-slip backing, so for my young kids, we moved some out of the way as they kept slipping on them. Didn't have any issues that we needed to contact the owner and they also didn't check in on us, so no communication with them other than while booking and the standard check-in email. We would definitely consider returning when we visit the area again.

Softball Tournament

This place was the perfect location for my husband's softball tournament at Bay Front Park. The kids (7&4) and I could easily walk back and forth. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

We had a great weekend getaway and really enjoyed our stay. This sweet little place has it all. It’s in a perfect location, walking distance to all that downtown Petoskey has to offer. Also a short drive away to many other attractions and places nearby. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Petoskey!

Lovely place in downtown Petosky

I attended the Madeleine L'Engle Writing Conference, and needed a place where my husband and I could stay and enjoy the city, together--and separately! It was perfect. Great location, good attention from the owner, and apart from not being able to figure out how to manage the television (!), we had a perfect couple of days! Highly recommend!

Perfect little getaway in Petoskey!

Wonderful downtown location! Perfect for walking all around town and not too far of a drive from other great attractions like Petoskey state park. Owner was quick to respond to messages. Side note: great water pressure in the shower.

Perfect location

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our trip. The location couldn't have been better: directly across the street from coffee and books and just a bit down from pizza. So many other coffee and food options (and shopping) super close. The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable. And Tess was immediately responsive when we ran into a parking issue. One thing to note: for us the beds were a bit uncomfortable. But that is such a personal preference that I am still giving this property 5 stars.

What a gem!

What a gem! This listing is perfectly located and stocked with everything one might need for a vacation. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and made sure that we had all of the information we needed. The apartment is comfortable, easy to access, and the perfect size for the two of us. He would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary trip

Perfect location! Easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was not updated but has what you need and was clean. The towels could use a refresh, had some stains, but were clean. I’m glad someone told me to bring a bar of soap for the shower. Great refrigerator with water and ice in the door, a real plus! Didn’t cook much, but kitchen seemed adequate. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

We had a weekend stay in Petoskey. This apartment over the Emma clothing store was very nice, clean and was in a very convenient location for downtown Petoskey. Within walking distance of many stores, a few pubs/restaurants and a coffee/sandwich shop across the street. 1 parking spot available in alley behind building along garage. We biked to Harbor Springs, and golfed at a nearby golf course, Crooked Tree. Was only a few minute drive.

My wife and I are from Ann Arbor but love the Petoskey area so much we decided to open a business here about 15 years ago.

We just finished renovating our apartment this Spring. For the person who wants to be in downtown Petoskey, our location can't be beat. Although we offer one of the only free parking down spaces downtown, you really don't need a car to enjoy your stay with everything within walking distance. We especially enjoy spending time strolling along the beach, or having a picnic as the sun sets over beautiful Lake Michigan. Another favorite pastime is boating on Walloon Lake, one of Michigan's most beautiful lakes. Along with great shopping and dining the area offers the visitor a myriad of activities that will satisfy all your needs and interests.
