Enter the home to a well-appointed, comfortable living room with french door access to a large covered screened-in patio that allows tons of natural light inside. There are 2 nice size bedrooms with queen beds and a 3rd bedroom currently set-up as an office w/ high-speed fiber internet. Office also has a sofa that can be converted into a bed. Upon request, a 2nd dedicated workspace can be added to the living area.
Enjoy live music nightly, great restaurants, shopping, easy access to downtown, walking trails, Zilker park, Lady Bird Lake, Barton Springs and more.
Access the home via code on keypad. Rest assured, the code is changed for each guest/contractor, so no worries that anyone but you has the code.
