I love to be out and about exploring. There is so many great things about the city I live. A few of my favorite things is being so close to the FINGER LAKES WINE Region. Most of the Finger Lakes are a short 30-45 minute drive. I also love village living and being so close to the Canal.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I purchased this home in April of 2022 and am still lovingly renovating it. Keeping the character is most important to me. This home was built in 1900 and is on the National Historic Registry. The property is filled with large windows with an abundance of natural light and very spacious! But my most favorite feature (and the reason I fell in love with this home) is the 2nd floor 3-season screened porch. Historically called a "sleeping porch", this space is a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee or end it with a glass of wine.

I love living so close to the Erie Canal. The Canal host walkers, joggers and cyclists on a daily basis. Built about 1817, the original ERIE CANAL stretches from Albany to Buffalo. Everyday I begin with some self love and a walk on the canal and around the village.
If you're a GOLF LOVER, the Village Pittsford is nestled amongst Oak Hill CC, Locust Hill CC, Monroe Country Club, Country Club of Rochester, and The Links at Woodcliff, all within 5 minutes.
If you love to SKI, Bristol Mountain is a close 35 minutes, Hunt Hollow is 40 minutes and Swain is just about an hour drive.
