Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE

The pictures of this property are nice; however, this house is not as it appears. The house and the property were dirty and numerous items were broken or they did not work properly or inaccurately communicated when we asked to confirm the existence, i.e. Tablet/Alexas, garage parking, etc. We sent several emails regarding the condition of the house as we found it. We took 45 pictures to document the condition, items broken, and other issues of appliances that were not working properly. Due to the lack of safety measures, i.e. grab bars in any of the 5 bathrooms or shower floor mats, one of our guest was seriously injured. The Property Manager, Milla, response was that they do not provide those items. That was her answer for most everything. She did send the Maintenance Man to address the issues; however, nothing was done in the 2 weeks we were there to correct the situation. Although, we did have to be bothered with a routine annual HVAC service inspection and the pest control met us at the door as we were leaving. We left 2 days early because we just could not take the frustration and irritation anymore. We sent a detailed email to Omar, the owner, regarding our experience, the responses we were given, and a request for a refund. He had Milla call 10 days later with a miniscule offer which was a slap in the face for all that we had endured. I typically do not write a bad review because I was raised that if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all. However, the issues and responses regarding our experience were so egregious, I felt no one else should have to endure what we did. Just beware!

Room for improvement

We’d asked and paid for in advance the pool to be heated during our entire stay. Not only was it not heated, we’d paid for it and we’re told it would be so upon arrival. We were told to “go ahead and turn it on” but the power box had a lock on it so we had to get that code before we could do anything. The pool was not heated until the next day so should be credited for at least one day. We were given the wrong codes to access the community pool/gym. After asking for the correct code, the person responded very snarkily and sent a screen shot of an email sent to a different person, claiming that it was sent to me. It was not. The email had another person’s name on it. A king bed comforter was covered with vomit on the underside so we had to wash the linens. There were not nearly enough towels; no kitchen towels. Our second night there, the pool door alarm went off throughout the night. We contacted the host 5 different times asking for help, without a response. Finally late in the afternoon on the third afternoon, we were able to speak with Milla who gave us instructions (and “permission “) to remove the battery and disable the alarm. Not impressed with the customer service. Guests show be advised that if they leave the pool/gym area for a few minutes, that they will not be allowed back in ~ even if their families and personal belongings are there ~ because they’ve suddenly reached pool capacity. Needless to say, we did not use the community pool any more after that. The home was beautiful and comfortable but there were issues. Nevertheless, we had a good family vacation.
