Great home for a gathering with some friends and family

Everything was great, spacious home great for a group vacation. The only problem was the pool was not to clean and the bathrooms where kind of dirty. Other than that everything was great!

Month Stay

My family and I stayed here for a month. It was very clean upon arrival and checking in was very easy. The pool was heated as requested and cleaned weekly. Only minor issues that were fixed immediately as soon as I requested. The communication between myself and the host was excellent. The area was very nice to explore.

We got scammed.

The electricity goes out in one of the rooms. Pool heat does'nt work or the driyer. There is a lot of missing stuff in the room pads,bracelets,and shampoo. Broken couch & chairs and the supples does'nt work.Some of the tvs wouldn't work.the mattresses where uncomfortable.I do not recommend at all.They lied to me everytime i called.

What a nightmare! Beware!

4 days before check in I reached out via email to the owners of the home as I wanted the pool heated. They charged my card and told me the pool would be turned on early morning Friday before we arrived. I reached back out and advise that other owners before would always turn it on the night before. I received an email back saying they would turn it on Thursday night, we checked in around 5-6pm Friday went straight to the pool and noticed there was water running into the pool still, dirty and over flowing and cold. I got on the phone right away to speak with someone and was told maintenance would be coming. We got settle in and noticed everything was either falling apart or not sturdy. The bar stools were rocking and nails were loose didn’t feel safe. Dining room table was wobbly and felt like it was going to fall over. The bench for the dining table we couldn’t sit in because it was also super wobbly. The coffee table also wobbly and not sturdy. The king jack and Jill room was super hot, ac vent wasn’t working hence why there was a wall fan in it. The house was dirty seemed like no one has cleaned anything. Stairs were dirty. Connection for phone wasn’t good. WiFi went in and out. I notified the owners of all this and they said someone will be sent out. Our whole stay there no one ever came and addressed anything. Sunday night we went to wash our clothes and came to find out the dryer wasn’t working properly. Knowing that it was nighttime we knew for a fact that no one would

HEY! The stay was great I had booked for my 21st!

Alright hey everyone I’m going to be as open as I possibly can about the stay I had at this property. For starters check in was super easy I was created at the gate and was given a pass for my car. And it was a self check in home so I just got to go right in. From the start I will say the home was beautiful. Everything was there like in the pictures. The only thing I will say is that the wording for how the house is arranged is alittle confusing and not as accurate. Upstairs there was 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom that wasn’t connected to the rooms (the bunk bed and two twin beds) and there was another room the two queen beds had a shared bathroom. That I didn’t expect I thought they would get there own bathrooms since it said ensuit… but it’s ok. My room was beautiful I had the master!! I will say that the property had damages but nothing that effected out stay. There was a damaged pool table from maybe previous people who damaged it. Now it’s still usable don’t get me wrong everything is usuable like really it’s nothing to complain about. Just the pool table scared me so we all only played one game I didn’t want to risk anyone breaking it more. The walls had some handprints and dirt on them clearly from other people party’s but again. Nothing serious. Everything though he had was in working condition he had plenty of towels and dishes for us to use. The pool we didn’t pay for the heat but it was hot outside so it was fine he even had floats in the pool for us to use!

Dirty House

Communication with property manager could have been better I asked for access information between 1-2 pm via email and didn’t receive until after 5 pm even though he was responding to other information in a timely manner. However, about the house furniture and the rugs very dirty with stains, toilet have mold around the rims, pool area not clean, furniture is not sturdy. House needs to be steam cleaned and for safety purposes the furniture needs to be updated.
