Unimpressed

Great location, but photos VERY deceiving. Mold on ceilings, some doors falling apart, limited cookware (no lids whatsoever for pots and pans) and cutlery. 1 of the only 2 chairs on balcony were broken, to wear you could seriously injure yourself. We told them about it immediately, but never came to replace or fix.

First, the place is very accessible, second, the hair dryers installed in the bathrooms do not work. I sought assistance and was informed that the units did not have hair dryers. I sent actual photos of them installed. The sink in the guest bathroom did not drain water normally. Not to mention that I was not informed or received any warning, message or email about someone entering the apartment without warning.

Nice Condo

I would give it 4 stars but our stay had several issues which didn't make it more than 3 stars. First, the balcony door happened to be broken our entire stay so we were not able to use the balcony at all. The property manager contacted us to tell us while we were driving down, when I asked if it could be fixed sooner, they did not respond. Similarly, we only received 1 bath mat, the property manager said they would bring us a second one but never did. Lastly, the twin beds had no fitted sheets, only flat sheets that easily came out when the kids slept on the beds. I would have asked the property manager, however, after their poor response rate from the first two requests, I felt it was a waste of time. Also, the living room Roku had no power. Luckily some of the other Apps worked - and the entire condo requires you to have your own passwords for streaming apps - or they just weren't logged in while we were there. Def. "no frills" kind of condo, but since we were there just for a long weekend it wasn't a huge deal but would have been more irritated if we had paid for a longer stay. It was clean, there were plenty of towels, and all the appliances were in working order.

Have been to Edgewater resort before and loved the location and staff.

A little disappointed in room. Advertised as newly updated but that was not the case. Roll out couch that was to sleep two did not work properly reported to Edgewater front office they were not helpful.
