Great stay for Spring Break

The stay here was great, we came for a spring break trip with the kids. The house is walking distance to the beach which was easy for the kids. The beds were comfy, the house was clean. We would definitely stay again.

New Year’s stay

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was very clean and spacious. It was a lovely stay for our family. Great location…minute walk to the beach. We visit family in the area regularly and this was our favorite home that we have stayed in.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Very clean and spacious and we loved being so close to the beach and walking distance to a Mexican restaurant too. Great communication from host and easy check-in/check-out. Bed availability is a little deceiving because the couches didn’t seem to pull out. I would say it holds 7-8 guests instead of 12, or just make sure some of your guests are okay with sleeping on a normal couch. Besides that, everything was perfect!

House was beautiful. Nice extras like firepit. Location was close to beach. Stanley was very helpful and responsive. Suggestions- more mirrors since only 2 bathroons. Description of bed areas a bit misleading as it lists 3 living room areas.

Great house for our families!

We had a lovely stay at the house. Having two floors with separate living rooms was perfect for our two families + elderly father. It was also nice to have everything in the kitchen to cook our meals. Communication with the host was exemplary. We also loved the outdoor seating area to hang out!

The house was what we expected. Great location for the beach. We didnt find the corn hole game, but loved the outdoor spaces. The floors could use a good sweeping and mopping, but you are at the beach so it is to be expected. The property manager was in constant communication. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Unique spot

A great place in a great location. We stayed on a trip from LA to San Fran, and it was the perfect distrance between the two on a road trip. A beautiful house with lots of space, and a stones throw from the beach. Kitchen facilities were excellent and the deck and roof top spot were well used. The extra bits like bikes and beach gear were very good. Very friendly, kind hosts adapted to our need of an early entry. Pismo is a cool place to visit, and it was great being so close to the beach.

Beach Trip 2025

Every year I vacation with my adult kids, my best friend and my grand kids for a week in July. Usually our trip takes us to the mountains but every other year we look for the Ocean. This VRBO had everything that we needed. The location was close to the beach, it was clean but not intimidating, meaning you weren't afraid to let the kids play a little indoors. My 3 yr old Grandson fell in love with the "Fooooseball" game downstairs, but we hid the guitar from him! the fire table was used for relaxing in the Crows Nest. Overall we had a very nice stay. Thank You. The only recommendation I would have would be to provide more bath towels, and a door mat or rug downstairs at the entry door.
