Great Christmas week stay!

We had an incredible stay during the week of Christmas at this beautiful townhouse! The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group, and the large table in the kitchen which was perfect for seating all 8 of us comfortably. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and multiple coffee shops/restaurants, with stunning ocean and sunset views, especially from the second floor. Kitchen could have been a bit more stocked, as there was only salt and pepper for spices, but overall, we made it work and were able to use the available cooking supplies for our Christmas meals. PS there was a crack in the kitchen window that was present before we arrived, but the rental company is already aware of this.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this rental for three nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. It is a beautiful place that has been tastefully remodeled. It is very spacious and comfortable and offers gorgeous views of the ocean. It is a close walk to many restaurants which we took advantage of and also an easy walk to the beach. The property management company was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was awesome. Short waking distance to downtown. It was beautiful and super clean. We will definitely try to stay there again.

Amazing location and updated

This property is beautiful! The location is great, my son is only 2 and my daughter 6 and the property felt safe for them. It is close to downtown Pismo and made getting to the beach and restaurants easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. When we arrived and took off our shoes to walk in, you could feel the sand on the floor. Then, that night, when we went to lay in bed, the sheets were gritty and felt dirty. I did let CVR know right away, but just vacuumed the floors and washed the sheets myself. I am thinking that it didn't get cleaned thoroughly because I showed up at 3:30pm and check in isn't till 4pm, so maybe they felt rushed while cleaning. We will be back next year to this property!

Amazing trip

We stayed for a week, as we were getting married and decided to spend our honeymoon here as well. The place was incredibly clean, had everything we needed, and was entirely updated. I am so thankful that I did not have to worry about anything extra the week of my wedding. Thank you for such a great stay! Will continue to book from this company moving forward!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have utilized Coastal for about 20 years, or so. The unit was in need of some attention. It could have been cleaner as the floors are always sandy. It seems poorly stocked for family vacation needs too. It was better stocked a few years ago, with pots, pans, serving items, etc. A few things needed to be repaired!

Great long term stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit and stayed long enough to get to know Cherie, Ken and Jose. Every call was received and responded to quickly. The washing machine was on the blink for a bit, the repair guy came out quickly, and took care of business. The parking is always a challenge, but the team was quick to address any issues that arose with neighbors. Highly recommend Coastal Vacation Rentals and the properties they manage.

Not clean!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In a time where every property highlights their sanitization practices I was very disappointed to find that the master bedroom comforter and bed spread had not been laundered prior to our arrival. While the bed was neatly made the bedding smelled of vomit. Yes, somebody had thrown up in the bed at some time before and the same bedding was put back on the bed. The entire room was filled with the odor.The management company took care of the problem when notified the following day but, the experience obviously caused me to question everything about the place.

By renting Unit B & C we were able to have everyone stay at one place. The location perfect. The condo clean and large. Had a wonderful time. We will recommend these condos to all family and friends. Can't wait to go back to pismo and stay here again.Recommendation for the owner is to change out the blinds with something that is more durable. Thanks for letting us use your home while staying in pismo..

There was a maintenance issue but the staff quickly took care of it and was greatly appreciated. I personally would have preferred the tile floor to be a bit cleaner; they were as if mopping had been skipped; otherwise the place was very clean & neat. We will definitely be coming back for a return!
